14 day trial the advert says. It took 12 days for the item to arrive from order date and then 2 days later the full subscription was debited £96.35. After talking to customer service I was told that the goods has to be returned within 14 days from order date for there to be no debit on my account. Since this was a physical impossiblity I feel very poorly treated and would like to take this opportunity to make other people aware..

Like everyone else i signed up for a free sample after I filled out a questionaire on Vigin media but did not read the bottom of the email which read i would be billed £98 if it was not returned within 14 days.When i rang up up and told them i had not recieved it for 12 days they told me i would still have to pay them as it would not be possible to return it in within the 14 days. When i told them my credit card was cancelled 2 days previously (due to a fraudulant internet transaction by someone else)and they would not be able to take the money they mumbled something about taking me to court(cant wait)even though i am returning thier product after 2 days.Judging buy the attitude of the customer service team they are well aware that it is one big scam.

I would not give them one star.

This offer comes up as a flag from another site. Indicates u can try 30 day supply of their 100% Pure Collagen for s&h only. That charge comes up in front of you.$1.97.Stuff comes.Generous for free sample, but..oh well.Then cc bill arrives with a charge 2 wks later of $96.35. ???Call cust serv @ u r hit with barrage of verbal abuse about the fact that u did not stay on long enuff to read never ending monthly shipments u r going to receive, etc. "Nothing is free in this world". No free sample, just the first of your monthly shipments AND you are the idiot for having fallen for it!!! After this u log on for address to return and discover you need a return auth which u will never get. STAY AWAY Also u can not unsubscribe.

I cant believe I have been ordering beauty products for years, and never had an issue until this scammmm

company. tells you its a free trial than charges your card 95.00. that is not a free trial, and after your trial if you dont like it you have to fight to get your money back. do not use this company. they lied to me when I tried to cancel product within 10 hours of ordering it, said it had already been shipped and it had not been, I talked to there order conformation dept and it had not been shipped and they still wont cancel the order. liars liars liars. pathetic they have to scam and lie to sell their product. will not return emails.

They take your money even after you have cancelled all further orders. They do not respond to emails and you keep paying - and the last lot I did not even receive the goods!
