Apple was good but some time it was not good because I m having problem in my iPad it was in warranty they r giving me new iPad but I told them can u upgrad my model whatever different money that I will give u but they told no their r many people they don't like this police if u change your this then your coustermer will more happy with apple u just change them when it was in warranty n it damage otherwise not

Apple has been known to put out excellent products for years and now is no different. Overall the store is very easy to navigate and the initial purchase couldn't be simpler. If something were to happen with your order, Apple will (almost) stop at nothing to make it right, showing that they are masters of customer service. I would highly recommend using the Apple store to anyone.

    just ordering an ipod touch

easy to use unless you want to back up, then it seems awkward, have to start over at cart. Wish that were better. Also when you use a gift card, it doesn't show on final screen so not easy to know gift card took, might end up surprises on balance charged to credit card.

well some parts of apple inc in some ways not really fair to the needs i want. they should let you be able to downgrade your ipod to a firmware you prefer and if they are going to make an update they need one with EVERYTHING WOPRKING. apple is realy just confusing even if i update my ipod my computer still says wopuld you like to update your ipod. i think they just want to make money. the only way they are really going to start making changes is if everyone stops buying there products and that is never going to happen.but beleive it or not some things about apple are fair for instance their discounts and their products are really durable they will help you with your people at the apple stores are trust worthy. they have very good costumer service and they also have a good veriaty.

    Woodfield Store

I went to the Woodfield store because my iPhone 4 screen had cracked. I made an appointment with the Genius Bar and when my name was called I showed my phone to the associate helping me. With nothing more than a glance at my phone, the associate said, "there is nothing we can do about this, you need to buy a new phone which will cost you $200" and handed me back my device. I thanked her for her time and left. A couple days later I went to the store in Madison, WI (West Towne Mall) where the boy helping me looked at the screen and asked if it was the first time I had ever had any issues with my iPhone. I replied that it was and he ended up getting me a completely new iPhone 4, free of charge. It was amazing that the two stores could have such completely different employees.

    Apple Satisfaction!

On a Saturday night my husband and I walked into the Apple Store at Southpointe in Durham, NC. with the hopes of getting a quote for a new desktop PC. As we approached the store, through the window we could see it was beyond packed. We decided to go in anyway. The minute we entered two of the Apple Stores many employees approached us, welcomed us and asked us what we needed. I told them we were interested in a quote for a desktop PC. They had someone assist us right away. We then explained that my husband's company would need an itemized listing of the entire purchase. The reason for this was because the company would purchase the computer for us through a loan and we would be paying them back (interest free)in monthly installments until paid off.

The salesperson listened to our wants and needs and then explained all the added benefits of our intended purchase as well as the standard warranty and an extended warranty (AppleCare Protection Plan). He went over in detail the added benefits, pros and cons for the different iMacs available. We were informed that there were no shipping charges, and that since I work for Durham Public Schools I also qualified for an education discount.

At no time did we feel pressured into buying something we didn't want or need. The salesperson went over each item individually. He discussed things that we might or might not be interested in and allowed us to make those decisions personally.

Needless to say, the service was awesome. When we left the store we had our quote in hand and returned about a week later to pick up our iMac. We got exactly what we wanted to fit our family's needs at a more than affordable price. We feel confident in recommending The Apple Store to all of our family and friends without hesitation.

This place is way too much hype. Their followers are brainwashed from all the bright white in the stores. Wayyyy to pricey for their products

The first time I ever walked into the apple store I was intrigue by the open-usage of the apple's hardware. I had an apple store staff member to work on buying a macbook and it was quick and easy. I like the staff members in apple compare to the outside stores because they are open to questions and doesn't react like "my job sucks."

If you've ever dreamed of walking in the footsteps of Adam and Eve, ever wanted to sample the forbidden fruit of technology, then visit the Apple Store in Braintree, MA. The sale staff happily point the way to all of their coveted delights. The Apple iPad is way cool, and their laptops were setting tongues wagging. Although I did have to wait a little bit to try my electronic of choice, when I did get to, I was impressed enough to purchase it. I ended up with the new shuffle. It was exactly what I needed for the gym, and not overly priced.

    Love the phone. Speed . . . meh!

I love my iphone, however the speed of the device seems to have slowed down considerably. It's not the network because performance issues happen when I'm doing offline things like taking photos etc. Battery life is dwindling as well and when I went to the apple store they said it was fine, which it obviously isn't. I do however still love it, even with it's quirks!
