Our firm has been purchasing computer products from many different resources since I began working here over 5 years ago. When it came time to purchase new desktop computers for the office, I looked all over and found the best deals through Dell SB. On top of the unbelievable prices, they shipped the product ahead of schedule and it arrived quicker than expected. These machines have gone above and beyond my expectations and have yet to sustain any hardware issues. Additionally, when I purchased my bosses laptop through Dell SB, I extended the warranty and purchased accidental damage coverage for it as well (he is notoriously 'hard' on his equipment). When he dropped it, as I knew he eventually would, and sustained a hard drive error, Dell SB Support worked quickly with me to determine the issue and overnighted a new hard drive at no additional cost. Amazing!

    Garmin GPS

I bought a Garmin GPS from Dell Small business. It was for my friend's brithday so I ordered ahead of time to purposely get it in time for his birthday. However, I got an email stating that shipping has been delayed, til AFTER his birthday. I contacted Dell, and they tracked a system down at one of their stores and shipped it to me before his birthday. Dell is awesome!!!

I like the laptop line created for small buisness. The practical look and functional design of this breed of laptop is very alluring. I myself am not a small buisness owner but one day with the help of the Vostro 1520 I will be.

If you're looking for a computer to do serious business...this is a good place to look. In addition, you can often get a good deal either by watching for a dell deal or dell coupon code. Dell often changes their deals, and has a lot of different coupons. I personally have had poor luck with dell coupons. They often issue coupons that expire after some number of purchases...and more often than not, a coupon I've found that looks good plain old doesn't work.

I've owned a number of dell computers and have been happy with them. All the dell computers I've owned have been real plain looking, but who needs a fancy computer?

Oh by the way...they offer lots of other related items as well such as monitors (which I think are very good and have prices that are nice), accessories...
