Even just in the coach, the seats are so comfortable and more space in between. I have always been happy with my flights from jetblue. It's affordable, the snack selections are great, and having individualized TVs is a big plus for entertainment. very good service and friendly staff.

    Better than others

I like Jet Blue because it is different from other airlines. They offer a good selection of nonstop stops, slightly more roomy seats than other airlines, and they operate efficiently (there's never a line at the Boston JetBlue terminal). I appreciate being able to bring a bag for free.

The TV is a nice way to pass the time, but it would be nice if the movies could be ordered at the seat rather than playing at predetermined times. I've also had trouble using a credit card to watch a movie at my seat - the machines weren't kept in repair. It would also be great if there was a guide on the TV.

All in all, I think that Jetblue is currently the best and most unique domestic airline the US has right now - keep up the good work!

When traveling Jet blue we are always confident in getting the best service possible. The planes are alwayas clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and cordial.

    changing reservation

I am a first time traveler and I made reservations for my son , my mother and myself to go on a short trip on spring break. I made a mistake and put in the wrong dates.But, didn't notice until After I completed the transaction. I called JetBlue and they were so helpful. she told me what I needed to do, how I could change it and was extremely nice in doing it. She saved my vacation for me !!!! I don't know what we would have done if I couldn't change it. Thank you JetBlue, you guys are great :)

THE DEALS ON JETBLUE ARE AWESOME. ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I LIVE IN KENTUCKY AND I DONT SEE ANY JETBLUE OPTIONS FOR THE STATE OF KENTUCKY. MY GRANDMOTHER JUST PASSED AND EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSIVE. BUT THROUGH US AIRWAYS AND JETBLUE IT WAS THE CHEAPEST I COULD FIND. YET STILL NOT CHEAP ENOUGH FOR ME TO AFFORD. BASICALLY IM SAYING I WONT GET TO SEE MY GRANDMA AT THE FUNERAL BECAUSE AIRLINES ARE SO FREAKIN' GREEDY. AMERICANS ARE GREEDY. PLEASE FIND A WAY TO HELP PEOPLE WITH FAMILY DEATHS GET TO THEIR DESTINATION WITHOUT HURTING THEM FINANCIALLY. DEATH COMES UNEXPECTEDKY AND IT SUCKS FOR PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF THAT WORKS TO PAY BILLS AND VACATION ONLY ONCE A YEAR. A $600.00 IS JUST TOO MUCH. ITS VERY FRUSTRATING.

JetBlue offer the most direct flights, however you have to be vigilant because their prices fluctuate daily sometimes by hourly. So book early.

Very attentive to your needs & friendly attendants.

With there airplanes I always can smell the fumes of the fuel inside the plane which is horrible. As I am sensitive to smells this makes it difficult at times && if you turn on the air it blows harder into the plane. You also seem to get more weird people on these flights..Its Like shopping at Walmart..

Either way if your on a budget JetBlue is 4 U !!
