Fair prices good service

I ordered a few days before Christmas and it arrived in time as stated although it wasn't quite what I wanted that was partly my fault as I didn't understand the description entirely

    Hidden Tax Charges!

I recently placed an order with QVC.com. Throughout the entire ordering process, I was quoted ONE price. After I paid said price, my e-mail receipt informed me that an extra $5.00 had been tacked onto my bill for taxes. I was NEVER told this throughout any part of the ordering process.

I contacted QVC to cancel my order and file a complaint. I never heard back.

Their prices and quality on jewelry can't be beat! I bought my Mom 18kt gold hoop florentined earrings from them. Talk about gorgeous! And the price was right. I just wish I had bought myself a pair too.

I've noticed within the last year or so orders have been coming either incomplete or just wrong all together. I received an order for a woman in Missouri and I live in NY! I just recently placed an order online and was shipped a different order because the order I wanted was unavailable. I wasn't asked if I wanted to replace my original order with the one they sent me. I don't know what's happened in the last year or so over there at QVC, but hopefully they will get their act together again soon.

I purchased the InStyler October of 2009 and it broke in Decemeber of 2009. I called QVC and explained the process of getting a new one. The only fee out of pocket was to ship the InStyler to the manufacture. No questions asked and I recieved my new InStyler in about 3 weeks.

QVC offers exceptional customer service and products at prices you can afford. They have an excellent return/money back guarantee so if you ever do try something that you aren't happy with, simply return the item with no hassle. I've even had situations wherein QVC handled the return postage fees. There are many Christmases that we would not have made it without the easypay option on items, particularly the WII and IPODS. QVC is wonderful and a real blessing! Thanks Q-for everything that you do to help every day consumers just like me!

If you are looking for something different or something unique than look no further than QVC. I recently purchased this summer pocketbook set for my mom and she absolutely loves it.(well she acts like she does anyway). The overall price of the items were very reasonable and if you are looking for something nice and not too pricey for someone than look no further than QVC

Found the Clarisonic on QVC for $40 less than I paid at Sephora, $120 as compared to $160, plus QVC offered it in purple, my favorite color. I returned the one I purchased from Sephora and ordered the one from QVC. Their 3-payment plan was also very appealing. It was on backorder but took less than a month to arrive. Will check here first next time I am making a purchase over $100!

I have been ordering Denim & Co. from QVC for several years and have never been disappointed or had to return anything. I am 5'0" and the petites are the perfect length!
