I have had such good shopping with the best buy employees that I have nick named them best buy buddies.it just seems the second i walk in the door there is someone with a smile to help you,unlike other stores.the other thing i like is the way the store is set up.very easy to find things.the one thing i do not like about best buy is there is not one closer to my house.

Best buy really does have the "best buy"s, out of any store. Best Buy also has a very good return policy on most items and a good warranty on almost everything.     It Is the Best Buy

Best Buy is the best place to go for your electronic needs. It is decently priced, especially compared to the competitors (FYE and Walmart for example). Everybody who works there is always ready and willing to answer all your questions and will never not have an answer for something. They try to help you understand what is going on with each and every product and can direct you to the brand and type of product that fit your needs. My friend has a laptop she bought from Best Buy and the whole experience was quick and easy and the man taking care of us was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Her computer runs beautifully and I was very impressed.

I am interested in purchasing an IPad. Upon

seeing that Best Buy now carries them, I

quickly went to our local one in Roanoke, Va.

to inquire about them.

I stood at the counter where they were being

sold, which was nicely put together, but that

was about it. When the salesperson came over to

me, I asked only 3 questions. Each time she had

to say, "I'm not sure, hold on one moment." now

I'm glad she quickly sought out help, but they weren't difficult questions.

I think Best Buy should take time to train

employees on new products, especially one as

popular as the IPad, before putting it out to the

public.

    Helped and Happy

I needed a new printer for my computer, an all in one, that does all but fax, and I needed it to print great photos. The Best Buy associate was more helpful than I needed, but appreciated. He showed me a few models, help me compare ink prices and print quality, and even carried it to the car for me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that I would have liked a little time to look around on my own. I think he was just a little eager. Loved it though. Would go there again, and we are, for a car stereo for my daughter.

Best Buy in my opinion has the best prices compared to a lot of stores I go to for electronics! They have great customer service and Im always happy to give them business! They are the best electronices store.

Best Buy has a lot of good qualities, including: a large selection of electronics with tvs, music players, cds, laptops, desktops, even wii games, xbox games, and ps3 games. The other nice thing about best buy is that most of their employees have studied up on the items available. You can get preferences between some items easy and get specs right away. However best buy does tend to run out of stock fast with cameras and ipods depending on which store you go to. The online site is easy to navigate and nice to price out your desired item. Overall best buy is definitely a great site to check out and a must to go to when you are thinking of buying anything electronic.

I just recently purchased the new Playstation Move bundle online and had it available for me to pick up in store. I was able to pick it up a couple hours later which was very convenient. I am very satisfied with the entire process and the help from the staff at the Best Buy store.I recommend everyone going to Best Buy to purchase any home, office, or personal electronic gadgets.

Every time I go to Best Buy in Modesto, CA, I am greeted by the nice staff. They know exactly what I am looking for, and when I'm unsure what to buy for gifts, they have great ideas. I definitely recommend others going to Best Buy compared to Target or even shopping on Amazon.com

I love best buy, I fulfill all my entertainment needs. I like how I can go to a best buy and not be bothered by pushy sales men/women but when I have a question it is quickly answered by a helpful and friendly repersentive. I always leave Best Buy happy with my purchase.

    Customer Service

If you don't want assistance they are there to help you... if you are in a hurry and need assistance there is nobody in site or they walk past you with their noises up in the air, basicly saying that they don't want to help you. Would rather go to some place that is more customer friendly.

Very pleased with best buy customer service in the Conway AR store. I purchased a TV online and the store had a discount on this tv a few weeks later. Service worked very hard to refund me the difference and was not an easy task. THANKS!

The ipod touch 64gb is the best ipod I have ever seen when you add two cameras that just makes it so cool.But when you add a retna screen that's why I put the ipod touch 64gb at 5 stars.

    Best buy, hate it or love it

I've been going to best buy for quite some time now. The employees their are awesome, sometimes.. There have been many times when I go to best buy's and don't intend on buying anything and employees being very nice to me asking if they can assists me in any way, it just so happens that when I actually do go there with intention on buying a product, all the employees seems busy lol, almost as if they got no time to help me out. Soo idk, best buy is a hate it or love it thing. More love than hate though lol, I love the things they sell there and the price they sell it at (especially during sales and the discounts they have, not to mention the online coupon codes lol). Overall, best buy is a great place to do your shopping for electronics, it just happens that I don't get the attention I want at times when I do plan on purchasing something lol.

I went into the store looking for a new i pod touch. I had many emoloyees ask me if i needed assistance and how i was doing. The employees were ery knoweldgeable and respectful. Overall my vivit to Best buy was worth while.
