    Help With A Camera

I was at Best Buy the other day and I'll I knew is that I wanted a really nice camera. I was simply browsing when I was approached by an employee. They asked if they could help me with anything, and I blankly told them that I had no idea what I was looking for. I wouldn't be able to repeat all the details, but they were very helpful and had patience with my ignorance. I don't remember their name and I wish I did, but they made the overall experience easy and hassle free.

    Decent Service Fair Prices

I've shopped with Best buy for about 15 years. Of all the merchants I could buy products from, I've bought 2 PCs(out of 4), and 2 HDTV's (out of 5) from Best Buy. That alone should speak of how fair their prices are, because I wouldn't be buying from them if they were expensive. Every experience I've had with Best buy has been at least pleasant and I have no real complaints.

As with any store, the employees could know a little more about the technologies they're working with, but compared to other merchants they know quite a bit. They also don't breathe down your necks while you shop. However, my one dissatisfaction with their service is that that try to sell people things they don't need and they lie to do it. That I don't like. I understand selling product but don't misinform people just because you can tell they won't know the difference. Other than that. Excellent store.

I always buy my sprint cell phones from best buy they set it up for you and they give you the mail-in rebate up front. Its like saving over $100 of out of pocket expense. The crew is nice and knowledgable and they always have what i want in stock, you dont have to wait for it to come in the mail, and you walk out of the store with a working phone! They also sell resonable insurance for damage or loss and fix it for you themselves. I will always shop here for my electronic needs.

I was shopping to purchase a computer for my neice to use for homework and social entertainment. I was not certain what brand, size, desk-top, lap-top etc. I am what some call "Technically challenged". However, when I left your Brandonm Florida store with our purchase, not only was it perfect for what she needed, but I was armed with the knowledge to make our new computer work in the way she wanted it to. And, it did not break the piggy bank. In today's economy, it's difficult at times to meet all of the wants and needs of our children. But your sales representative was knowedgable, very nice and really focused in delivering what we wanted. All of my future purchases will be made at this store.

    Customer Service in Hadley Best Buy is superb!

I recently went to the best buy store in Hadley...I was quite impressed with the product knowledge that the young lady in cameras had. She did a wonderful job of answering every question and really knew her products!

    headrest DVD players

I bought a set of black leather headrests that house a dvd player in each one. it is the best purchase I could have ever made. The wireless headsets are a god send. Best Buy service department installed them for me and they were wonderful.

    Exciting!Friendly!The Best!

I have been going to best buy for years now to buy all of my electronics,such as laptops for the kids,a new TV for the living room or a camera for my husband. I love how there are so many choices of the products. THe employes are a huge help also when your looking to buy.When I was looking to buy a new printer the worker helped me for at least an hour or so camparing this to other printers and answering all of my questions.Best Buy is an amazing store and my daughter even gets excited whenever we go so she can "play" with the dispay items there.The only thing that I don't like about best buy is that sometimes things can be a little pricey but in the end the product is wonderful so it makes sense. Best buy is a wonderful store in all aspects. I love it!

    Mixed Review

I just purchased an Asus laptop from the local Best Buy. We were the only customers in the department but still had to wait 15 - 20 minutes before someone approached us to see if we had any questions. After asking for a comparison of two similar models, the sales associate actually had to look at the printed out comparison charts that were sitting next to both computers. (A task we had already completed during our wait for help).

The in-store selection of computers seemed minimal, but the the quality of those being offered seemed high, with a wide range of prices and features. Although there were not many laptops on sale, those that were had a substantial discount, even on a few of the newer models.

Even though the customer service was not stellar at the store, I did have a good experience with the BestBuy.com online staff after the purchase. They were very knowledgable and had an excellent response time.

I probably will buy from this store in the future, but will do extensive research ahead of time on the items I am shopping for.

Best Buy can be pretty pricey online. There are a few deals but if you're shopping online, you can probably find a better place for a deal.
