SHOPPING AROUND

We all shop around for the best deals out there with todays economy..so when it came time to purchase out printer..one that would adapt to our family needs we headed on out quest checking out a few store I will not mention..we then stopped at best buy...to make a long story short I had the most informative sale rep that new what I was needing in a printer and esp about other things as far as computers and programs we need to make our daily like at work doable.He had sold us out printer and when the time comes agian to purchase any electronic needs for our family Im keeping dibs on that sales rep who actually knows what he is talking about,. How many times have you asked a question to a sales rep and get frustrated over the answer of I don't know let me find out.You just lost your sale....Well kudios to best buy for hiring people who know what they are doing and talking about. Experience A plus.

Rachielle (name???) helped me find what I was looking for even though I had no idea what a HDMI cable was even called. She also helped me find the last MAC adapter in the store.

    I Like It!

Good selection is always a plus, but sometimes sales personnel can be a bit aggressive and patronizing. I like the in-store pick-up for online purchases and I like the financing promotions. Overall, Best Buy is usually the first place I investigate when looking for electronics in general.

    I like Best Buy, but

The store does deliver the most current technology at a higher price than their competitors. What they consider "discount" is only a way to get people to buy at rip off prices. For instance I see a product that costs 149.99 plus shipping 6.00 then 9.00 tax which comes up to 164.99. Else where I can find the product for exactly 90.00 if not 75.00 which may or may not include free shipping. I would like them to give discounts to items they never really given a discount on; i.e. Actiontec HLE200AV0-01GK Megaplug. Give it like a 30% discount at least. The retail store is also okay, the isles are clean the staff are courteous most of the time. There aren't many that are helpful in terms of explaining the item or know exactly what you are looking for, but there are computers in the stores that can help you find what you are looking for.

When I walk into Best Buy, I feel very comfortable that I will be able to find what I need. There are always great deals. Sometimes, however, I feel that the floor people don't always know exactly what I need. I usually have to go to the specialists for assistance.

Having purchased from Best Buy for years around the Country, I will have to admit that their service is very consistent across their shops.

Also, purchasing on line and store pick-up is very well organized.

    Better online than in store

Best Buy is a pretty decent retailer. I sometimes prefer to shop from them online because their sales people are somewhat aggressive, although they have gotten less so over the years. Best Buy has a pretty selection of many different types of products - from vacuum cleaners to dvds to cell phones and more. Their rewards program is great because it is free and can help you save money if you shop there often. Lastly, they offer in-store pick up for many items available at their stores, which is very convenient.

    Great store, but look for coupons!

BestBuy is a great, all-round store where you van get just about anything your digital heart desires.. and more!

However, like all online outlets, they count on buyers who do not know about coupons.

Wake up, people. ANYTHING you buy ANYWHERE online has a coupon. Do a Google search for [storename] coupon and you'll find dozens of sites that list coupons for the store. You could save BIG bucks.

    Best Buy great electronics and more

I enjoy shopping at Best Buy specifically for electronics due to their most helpful staff in those areas. However, it's so easy to go to Best Buy for other items like TV's, appliances, movies and phone stuff. I would much rather go to Best Buy than a big box store and get lost in that crowd.

Best buy is my favorite shop, I bought laptops, cameras, iphones, LCD..I just love the service and the packages..People who work in Bestbuy are very knowledgeble and have very good knowledge of all products...right now i am thinking of buy a ipad..first comes to my mind is BESTBUY

Best buy really is the best place to buy. All the employers are very helpful and do not hesitate to assist you. Though they have the resources of a large company, they have the customer support of a small business! They make you feel important and genuinely care about your satisfaction.

Best Buy is by far one of the best electronic retailers. The thing that sets them apart from the competition is their employee's knowledge/experience and their amazing warranty. Their warranty is the most important to me but it never hurts to have friendly, knowledgeable people helping you.

I have purchased all of my electronic and household products at Best Buy over the past 10 years. I have been pleased with the support offered on the items and the knowledge bases of the persons who sold the products to me. I have bought computers, washing machines and dryers, vacuum cleaners, large screen and regular tv's. Our family uses the gift cards for most special occasion presents.
