I can not possible think of a better well rounded electronic store than Best Buy! It offers everything from dvds to apple computers. I also love that they are constantly running sales. It is also very beneficial to join their rewards club!

I really like your protection plans. I once bought a MP3 player from Best buy years ago. Over and over again the MP3 malfunctioned So eventually I was able to exchange it for a Ipod... best deal ever! Thank you very much!

When we go to the BestBuy store, we find the staff courteous and helpful. Most employees are knowledgable and are able to answer any questions we have. Whe have bought a laptop, camera, many CD's and DVD's, garmin, flat screen TY etc. at Best Buy. Another thing I like about the store is their no interest for 18 months credit card which we haved used for our larger purchacesin the past. When we had problems with our lap top, we dealt with the geek squad, and after some waiting,they were able to resolve the problem. The only complaint I have was that sometimes there was a wait to consult with them.

    Best Buys is deffinately the best -Comparing Washer & Dryers with other Big Box stores

This morning we shopped several stores online after going to the library to copy the consumer report. I had already decide on which washer & dryer I wanted. Now the next step was to check online. We checked several of the major big box stores as well as some local mom & pop stores.

I liked Best Buys as it gave me a choice for comparison between several models. I could also compare prices online. Wow what a difference! Best Buy did have the best price. It also had more selections even though I was set on the one style. I hope the price is not a typo.

    knowledgable, not pushy sales people

I haven't been to Best Buy very often. i went to buy a camera and the salesman was very friendly and helpful, explaining different models and features. It was my first digital camera and he was patient and helpful in explaining about charging the battery and having an extra one on hand, and getting a big enough memory card for the photos, etc. He had suggestions but wasn't pushy.

I also went to buy a computer there-- a lower end lap top. We had to find someone to help us because it was busy. The salesperson got the one we had chosen for us, but didn't really ask us questions or try to tell us anything and recommend anything else. Not as friendly and helpful as the camera guy.

We recently went to Best Buy in Madison on the East Side with our children. While there they along with us purchased several items. We were approached by a different number of employees there who were friendly, and courteous, all the while not being *too*. We like that there are people around the entire store in case we have questions on certain products.

    movies and games

It is unbelievable how many movies and game system games they carry. I don't know why you would feel that you needed to go anyplace else. The store itself is such a good shopping environment.

the only thing that I have found (and it is not only at Best Buy) there is not as many sales associates to help you on the floor. I know that they need to cut down on staff to save money and hopefully it will also pass the savings to us too.

I have entered a Best buy stores on many times and -- I was unimpressed with the associate interest in helping the customer-- Most of them are talking among themselves -- and it seems that I am interrupting them. They are very warehouse like-- loud and large-- with little to no personal attention

    MY OPINION EXPRESS

It is quite a pleasant thing that I had come in contact with digital camera, I purchase it for my son to go with when he was going for the national youth service to record the memory of events after the orientation camp the picture he brought with him show clearly the how perfect the camera works and we also use it to record the youth service held in our church.

The voice recording are also very excellent. I have no doubt in my mind I will recommend the camera any day any time for more people to purchase and use.

Sometimes you can get help in the store other times you can't. I have just left the store sometime because I can't get help.

I see 1 employee recommending a brand as the best and another employee recommending another brand as the best of the same. The newest products are not available in the store. I figure because they are trying to get the maximum price for the older products instead of lowering the prices on outdated items.

I have received help from employees that is quite informative. Just depends on the day you are in the store. I believe all employees should be well versed in products before they are required to advice customers.

I've purchased my digital cameras from Best Buy for the past 7 years. I've been very pleased with their service and service plan. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

Everytime i visit Best buy i am pleasently surprised. The store has a wide selection of various products, the staff is friendly and the store is well organized and very clean. I wish there were more sales and that these sales were widely anounced - maybe a sale in late may so that Best Buy is a good choice for buying graduation presents!

I have been to a couple of best buy's and they have been great with their customer service and they do not get mad if you don't end up buying anything. I think I had some hard time deciding of a great gift idea and the staff gave me some good ideas that had some good deals. Now I am ready to go back for another gift

We have purchased everything at Best Buy- from MP3 players, to game systems, to most recently my new laptop. Buying my PC was a breeze with the assistance of the sales associates at our BB. I can't say enough good about the store- their employees, selection, quality, prices and warranties are all exceptional!!!
