I, like many posts I see here,went to the site after seeing several commercials for free memberships. Well what good does it do to have a profile and only be able to "smile!" At people without paying? At least offer a full version for a trial of three to seven days like many phone apps have. Then you get a chance to test the site before such a steep financial commitment! I think it is false advertising to claim join for free, when you cannot communicate at all with matches or someone you find while searching profiles.

In this economy I find it difficult to justify paying such high fees and will not be joining, which is unfortunate since I've had several people try to communicate.

One of the reasons I trust Zappos is, once I ordered a shoe and it felt a little too tight. I didn't want to go through the hastle of returning the shoe and have to wait on the larger size to arrive. The customer service rep advised me not to worry and that she would send out the larger size to me that same day, which by the way arrived the next day and that I had two weeks to send the unwanted pair back or my card would be charged for both shoes! How convenient!!!!!! It feels so great that an online shoe company would trust it's customers in such a way! It REALLY feels like you're shopping in person! iLove ZAPPOS!!!!

This has been my first time of ordering books on line for my daughter and it was a fast, easy, and convient experience.

    Clean and polite

We visited the Quality Inn in Southfield,MI. The front desk staff was very nice and prompt. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Waffles, sausage, and eggs! Along with fruit, yogurt and bagels. We travel a lot and this was indeed one of the best hotel visits we've had.

    I have never felt so humilated

People who worked at the Forth Worth store treated me very badly. The first time I went and bought a pair of shoes they seemed very kind.

First,they measured my foot wrong. They tried to sell me a size 41 when I needed a 42. They tried to convince me that they could strech them out for me. This is not possible when you need a bigger size. When I mentioned this to them they kept insisting that I did not need a bigger size. I went home and my big toe started to hurt. So I returned them and exchanged for another type of shoe which also hurt my feet really badly but this time on the sides. However, at the beginning, they were fine so I started to wear them outside. This is when the pain began.

The next day I went and returned them again. At this point it was apparent that they did not like that I was returning the shoes. They tried to point out that I had worn them outside the house. I had been feeling so confident with the clogs that I made the mistake to wear them to the store. I was sorry but the only way to know if they truly worked for me was to wear them beyond the house. One thing is to walk on the carpet and another on the concrete. They said they did not want to do anymore business with me and they only took one pair back.

I am sorry but I cannot just buy a shoe because they say it is a good shoe. My feet can tell the real story. At this point, they were very rude and unkind. It was very humiliating as there were other people in the store. What kind of customer service is this? I needed to keep trying until I found the right shoe for my feet. I would have never returned if they were not hurting my feet.

Later on through another store I bought the same type of shoe (that I had bought through Foot Solutions the first time) in a bigger size and I love it!

I was hesitant about using this service and the web can be misleading with reviews. So I decided to give them a call at 877-636-0329 and speak with a rep. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm glad I picked up the phone and educate myself.

Awful Greeting: they will greet you with a blank stare.

Very Unprofessional: Manager (Anthony Porter) refused to return my online order because they are a "small store", then he asked me to take back to a bigger store.

When I told him (Anthony Porter) that he'll be hearing from customer service, he was very sarcasting & said:

1. That's okay.

2. I don't mind.

3. They can call me.

Next Day I had Customer service called him, and explained that he must accept future returns.

But I always make sure they receive the worst word of mouth and I have never been back since.

Ughhh.
