I have purchased many things over the years at Tiger Direct including a desktop pc, lcd monitor, routers, cables, dvd burners, pc cases...the list goes on and on. I have to say I have been very satisfied with every purchase I've made. I can honestly say they have the best service reps of any electronics store! I recently had a problem with my pc burning up graphics cards, my first call was to Best Buy, who directed me to their geek squad department. Not only couldn't they understand the problem I was having, but gave me a recommendation but couldn't explain why they would recommend the new card or if the problem would persist if I upgraded! They were not knowledgeable about their products, couldn't explain the specs on any of their video cards, so I called tiger direct. Not only did their rep help me find a card based on my needs, but explained why I needed the card, he even helped me figure out what could be going wrong with my graphics cards and guess what--he was right! I ended up spending less money fixing the issue and getting a great graphics card then I would have if I had followed Best Buys ridiculous recommendation of buying a $500 video card. I could not believe that Best Buys supposed experts couldn't even tell me what PCI 2 was or if I needed VSI, thats pretty basic graphics card knowledge. So if you want to ask questions and get answers from a knowledgeable person, call Tiger Direct, if not call one of the other stores and they'll tell you to spend $500 on a graphics card, because they "heard it was good". By the way I spent $150 on a new case with better fans AND a new gaming graphics cards (both on sale at + 50% off + free shipping) and they work great!
