Avoid them not to spoil your occasion
I should have seen all these reviews before. Ordered flowers fro my Wife's Birthday. She received a voice mail on her birthday saying she had a flowers order but cannot be delivered because my card had some problems. Spoiled my flowers. I checked my card was charged, I had received a delivery confirmation e-mail. Talked to the customer rep. who was not very nice. I asked them why my wife was called and I was not informed if there was any problem with my card, he strongly denied my wife received any call, inspite of she still having a voice mail for this call. He accepted my card was charged but flowers were not delivered due to some unknown reason and delivery confirmation mail was an error. Occasion was spoiled. They agreed to refund the money, but after reading all these reviews I am sure that would not be without trouble.
Stay away from them.

I'm a repeat customer of the 1-800-flower and use them all of the business/personal related flower delivery.
Their web site is an user friendly and accept coupons. And the online chat assistance is a great help since you save so much time by getting instant answers w/o calling or waiting on the phone. And you can also talk in person by calling the # if you need further assistance and you can specify the exact time of the delivery.
I recomend 1-800-flower very much!

I found 1-800-Flowers web site to be very user friendly. It was easy to navigate from product to product and get back to the order screen when I wanted to, with out losing my information. I especially liked the fact that the description of the product is more than adqequate and the pictures are great. You really get a clear picture of what you are sending. I will recommend this site to friends, family and co-workers.

My Father passed away, and I was not told until 2 days before the funeral. I have never been more appauld in my life! Not only could they not deliver until 4 days too late, they did not honor the promo code, because it was on sale for $7.00 off!
One beautiful arrangement I looked at was reasonably priced, however the shipping was the same price as the arrangement!
This is probably not going to win me anything, but I think people should know the truth about 1-800-flowers.

At first I was skeptical when considering how the flowers would look. But when my, now ex-girlfriend received them, they were beautiful! It saved a ton of time and I didn't have to go to a store.
Definitely worth it even if you have a pact schedule
