This is my very favorite store that i go to of all time! I would highly recommend this store because they have almost everything that supports your electronic needs! It is the BEST store in the world! =)

I love that you receive best buy rewards point which keeps me going back to buy more. I dislike that some DVD are not available there on sale.

Every time I shop I could use an online coupon to save money.

My husband and I wanted to get a Wii for Christmas, so we shopped around online and in stores. We found that we could use our Best Buy rewards points. Even though the Wii wasn't on a sale at that time, we ordered from Best Buy online and were able to use our points and pick up the items in the store so that we didn't have to pay shipping. I think that is a great option for consumers. We were notified when our merchandise was ready to pick up and were greeted with a smile when we came in.

We will certainly shop online and pick up in store again!!

Best buy.... "is it really the best place to buy?" I ask myself this quite often when i fail at trying to find good prices for gears i want. Well, earlier this week, i tried searching for some memory for my computer, the lowest price came up at $35.99 and that disappointed me, plus it was available online only.. Then i went on another site and found the same amount of ram as on Best buy, but it was only for $26.99, now it was also only available online.. However, the latter is a better deal. To sum this up, Best buy really isn't what it should be. What it should be is a good deal for both the industries and the consumers. Then again, the economy during this time is tough, and that could be a reason why prices are so high, but the economy are not only tough on industries such as Best buy, but also on consumers such as myself. Sure $35.99 is a lot, but it would have helped if it was available also for pick-up.

Best place to buy electronics and accessories. I bought a Dell laptop and many other items from Best Buy. They have the best products and i have not yet returned an item after i purchased. So, Best Buy is very trusted and the best place to buy electronics items.

The employees of BestBuy are very helpful and efficient and also very friendly.

I love the covienece at best buy. I shop there all the time. The colors of bestbuy are so cool. Blue and yellow are awsome.

It is a great portable device that fits in your pocket. It is a great size. Its so convienient to use the microphoneear buds. There is this one app where you can call a moble phone using the microphone.

The flixter app on your ipod touch gives you all the right movie times, so when you want to go to the movies all you have to do is look at flixter.BRILLIANT! The youtube app on the iphone is brilliant. The way you can watch movies is fantastic.

Best buy has higher prices but the customer service is the best. People who know what they are doing and can easily help you in a pinch.

BestBuy isn't just an ordinary elctronic outlet store. It gives the best deals and has a variety of new electronic appliances to choose from. There is even a Geek Squad to give you online support if you need help with something for free. No other place can compare to this because BestBuy has so much to offer, yet for so little of a price.

Best Buy service has always been very efficient and quick. The personnel is generally always knowledgeable and courteous. Purchasing items via internet is painless and the in-store pick-up option is a huge plus for Best Buy. I find most items are always in stock and the prices are very competitive. The latest item I have purchased is a 24" Dynex TV and it all ran very smoothly. Best Buy continues to have competitive pricing on most all electronics and appliances.

I always buy from best buy, best service, best price, best collections, best promotions, best locations. I don't know what else they are the best for.

Good price and serivce. No issues with the product. Good warranty and if any problems, can go to the store.

I wanted to say that last time I went to the store..I wanted buy the xbox 360 ..i wanted to know about the project natal that the company advertised...i was disagreeably astonished that the sales persons that i asked for more information did`nt know anything about it...some of them tried vaguely ,,without conviction...

I stood ,and just come back home with frustration.

I did ask aabout the cardpoint technology too...the cellphone service persons event denyed it s existence...the piece was on the computer shelves.

Each and everytime my daughter and I go into any one of Best Buys locations- for her it is like a child in a candy store! She does not know in which section of the store to go to first. We spend- I know at least an hour browsing, and purchasing items. There are always great deals and I like the fact that you can sort of test out the items that you are interested in purchasing such as the kids games(the wii system)...Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike about the store. Thanks!

I love Best Buy! We have 3 children in college and buy all theirs and our electronics needs at Best Buy! I have bought 4 computers there in the past few years! They have a grat selection! One off my favorite things is the Geek Squad! They try to fix your problem right there instead of sending it out somewhere! I have even gone to the store and walked out with my problem fixed right away! That is what I call service!! We don't buy any of our electronic needs anywhere else!

Unfortunately, it's very hard to find everything one could want in a brick and mortar electronics store. Because of the constraints of inventory, brand selection, and product selection, it's hard for companies like Best Buy to compete with online-only merchants, especially those that represent large buying groups.

However, in terms of electronic stores, Best Buy is pretty great. They are as close to a one-stop shop as possible for anything electronics or entertainment related. There are some problems with their promotions, offerings, and merchandising, however, that keeps them from being a wonderful store.

1. Lack of brand diversity - For many product lines (especially computer related products) Best Buy only offers products from a few brands, mostly companies with higher prices and brand recognition. For the value-conscious consumer, it's hard to justify, for example, purchasing a $69 Linksys wireless card when the card is available from the chipset manufacturer for $15 in an unbranded version. By adding 2nd tier electronics manufacturers, Best Buy would diversify its offerings and bring in more value-conscious customers.

2. Limited in-store quantity - Best Buy, like many other retail chains, brings a lot of foot traffic into their stores through weekly ads. The best deals in the ads, however, are generally very limited in quantity, the store doesn't allow rainchecks, and the competition for the merchandise greatly outstrips availability. In short, it's a clever way to simply get customers into the store.

3. Subpar technical support - Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying that all electronics stores should have computer techs on staff. I am, however, wary of "technicians" that try to turn every job into a sales opportunity. I know far too many people that have taken computers into Geeksquad and were told, erroneously, that they needed $300 external backup drives in order to make their computer work, or that their network problems were being caused because they had a Linksys router but not a Linksys wireless card.

Though I mention mostly cons, I will say that the customer support I've received through Best Buy stores has always been excellent. I've never had a hassle with returns, they staff the stores in such a way that one can almost always receive prompt service, and If I have a problem with a product, I've never been told I have to take it up with the manufacturer. Plus, they offer in-store pickup for products purchased online, and they team up with credit card companies like Discover to do double cash-back promotions and other gift card incentives that are pretty sweet.

I find the store pickup option for online purchases to be great! It allows me to save on shipping and take advantage of online deals. It is a very simple process that requires printing out a confirmation email and making a trip to the store. The confirmation email usually arrives about an hour after completing the purchase online.

I went to the store in Omaha, store 1485, and I have to say, this store is way better than any other place ive been to in Omaha!

the store has everything, i like the collection of thing. people very nice, very friendly, i like the environment inside, makes me happy.
