We have used Budget from Florida to Europe in many locations and have always found them to reliable with good clean cars and will continue to use them. I currently have a rental booked for Orlando with them.

we rented from budget for many many years, my hubbys retired military and we have gone to myrtle beach sc for the past 30 yrs usually with budget, first with our children and now with our beautiful grans which we have custody, we have choosen budget now because they are the only car rental that take a debit card as payment, of that were greatful..thank you....a few years back we had a resrvation we live in batesville ark. and we rent at budget in little rock allmost a 2 hr dr. away...well upon arriving at the airport, and note we had rented many many times there over the last 10 yrs at least sence we have been retired. there was a change in policy with rental due to the upgrade with terroist..when we arrived we needed id along with copies of elec bill bank statements, more than i had usually had note..i had a military id on me and my dr licences ..we were very upset. i also had a ck book but was not accepted. my hubby and i were very upset note we had just drove 2 hr plus he has just gotten off a 12 hr shift at work and had only about 6 hrs of sleep...well any ways i had asked the lady at the desk to call someone and ck and see if maybe a car tile would be accepted. she said that it wount, so we went to our car, note we had two gran babies with us and it was anout 101 in the shade..so thank goodness for cell phones and nos to your corp office. i called and talked to a rep there and was happy to get yes, we could use our car title as and additional proof of id, so we loaded back up on the shuttle and went back to stand in line at the counter allost two hrs. later. the girl at the counter didnt look to happy to see me, i told her that i had called and what i was told gave her the no. and the name of the person that i had talked too..she called and seen that i was telling the truth..had no reason to lie...so to make a long story short..lol i had a email adress and a phone no. as contact if there had been serious changes in policies..someone could had gotten iin touch with me...ooh and note i wrote a letter to budget about this also...you think i would have recieved a attah boy all i got was tks were looking into this matter....again i really appricate budget we have used this company for many many years...we now rent a van for the summer because we have added addition grans to our trip to the beach..again can,t stress enough about budget that i do love they have been great to us over these many years..we will continue to use you as long as you"ll have us were getting ready to head out again this summer for some more beach fun..my hubby was diasnoised with skin cancer in dec. so were not going until july, hes just had surgey and needs time to heal..so get ready to rent us a van.w.e love you..free unlimited miles and great cars never had any problems with any rentals while on the road..many thanks too you

I rented an intermediate car and got a Toyota Corolla. The leg room was inadequate and I am only 5'4". The seat didn't move up or down. Choose the standard instead. It's worth the small increase in price.

BEWARE : Budget Dominican Republic !

Check everything , prepare a list a Items to check otherwise you will be sorry later on when returning the vehicle.

2 stars rating in the scale . Budget in Dominican Republic has gathered a group of thieves to steal from clients. Would you believe that the client is being asked to pay a $10,00 tip at the return of every vehicle ? Every Budget Client in the plane was complaining about that requirement.

The car demand attention, they are old insurance recycled vehicles revived in the DR.

A client must be on guard at the office during the renting process.

To book online car is very easy and helpful.

All additional option information is provided at one place and easy to understand whether you want to choose it or not.

Budget Car Rental may not appear to be the cheapest at first, but with a little probing I found them to be the best deal. I had found much lower rates from 2 other companies, but discovered during the reservation process that they charge 10$ per day for any additional drivers, even your spouse! Budget does not charge for a spouse to drive if they meet all the driver requirements. Plus, it was easy to find coupon codes online for extra savings. In the end I got a much better rate from Budget and was pleased with the reservation process.

I always use Budget rent-a-car when I travel to Reno for the USBC National Bowling Tournament. I've always had prompt, professional service at the counter. On my last trip to Reno in 2007 I received a FREE UPGRADE to an SUV after they ran out of intermediate cars. The FREE UPGRADE was awesome!!! So far, I've never had a problem when picking up or returning my vehicle. The additional savings that can be found online in the form of printable coupons and online discount codes are great for saving money! And who doesn't want to save money or at least make their money go further these days!

We love being able to walk into the San Francisco airport, get our car quickly and be on our way. We always use Budget when we travel. We highly recommend them!
