excellent customer service for returns
I ordered sunglasses through campmor.Much to my disappointment they didn't fit right. I intended to put them right in the mail to exchange them,but soon thereafter my father became ill,needless to say that task went on the back burner.Months went by and I would think "I gotta get those exchanged." I knew campmor had a one year exchange policy but i never delayed this long.Sad to say,my Dad passed away.Some time later, probably at least nine months had passed. I filled out the form and sent a check to make up the difference for another pair I liked. Apparently,so much time had gone by that I forgot what I payed for the initial pair. A friendly campmor associate called me and explained the difference in price.Thankfully Campmor has real live people,not a machine,to help their customers!

Good prices, good quality
Campmor has always come up in my searches for products such as mittens, jackets, and tents, and they consistently provide lower prices for high-quality goods. The site is easy to navigate, and shipping is fast and reasonable. I have not had to use their customer service.
