Too expensive
Charter High Speed Internet is too expensive. You pay for the "speed" that you need - yet your system limits the "speed" of the internet, as well as the sites you are visiting!

Charter Internet/Phone
We started out with a bundle of cable/internet/phone about 2 years ago. After a year, when our special pricing ended and we decided we didn't want cable, we discontinued the cable but kept internet/phone. The pricing is fairly competitive with the local phone company. We have had several issues with outages and slowdowns, though. Also, our cable modem went out and was replaced with a very used, inferior product. When we move in the next few months, we will likely find another internet/phone provider.
