We loved our stay at Country Inns and Suites. It was a relaxing environment, excellent staff and comfy beds. We always look for Country In s when we are on the road.

We had lost all of our electric power and decided to stay at a motel while we waited for it to return. We decided to stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Saginaw, Mi. On 07-27-12 after checking in and going to our room we found that we could not sleep because the room's AC units where extremely noisy. The next day we told our displeasure to the desk clerk. She said it would have to be taken up by the manager, he would be in until later. We called later that day, to be told we would have to contact the owner. He was not there but would contact us later that day. That was over a week ago, we have heard nothing. The very least he could have called us, apparently he does not care about his customer. My family and I regularly use Country Inns and Suites when traveling with 3 kids. Can;t beat the value - and all rooms with microwave (to heat bottles) and fridge to keep milk. We can always leave in the morning with breakfast already done. Heading to one this weekend, as a matter of fact.

My wife and I booked a stay at the Country Inn in Romeoville due to the price. We were looking for an inexpensive stay for one night - we were pleasantly suprised. With two young kids we were happy to find a spacious suite that allowed us to have our own room and the kids to have their own. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was just fine. We would surely stay there again.

I just recently book a reservation for Country Inn and Suites and everything went smoothly.

I have stayed at this establishment three times so for and I'm always very pleased with the staff. The facility is very well maintained and the accommodations have allowed for a relaxing visit each time. I will continue to recommend this hotel to friends and family staying in the area!

I will only stay at the Country Inns & Suites whenever I stay in a town that has the Country Inns. I always feel welcome. The suites are amazing, clean, spacious, comfortable beds and excellent pillows. We love to go and sit in the lobby near the fireplace and enjoy a warm cookie. We don't feel like we need to be confined to our room as the hotel makes it very inviting to sit in the lobby, the pool area or outside on a warm evening. I highly recommend that you try a stay at a Country Inns and Suites and you will never want to stay anywhere else.

My family and I stayed at a Country Inn & Suites in Chester, VA. We were there for a week and I must admit it was extremely comfortable. The suite we stayed in had 2 32 inch flat screens, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. There was a kitchenette with pots and pans,free internet, a foldout bed, and there was decent counter space. The bathroom was huge, I never felt cramped or closed in. The bed was so soft my wife and I slept like babies. The suite felt like a one bedroom apartment, very cozy.

The only complaints I had was there was no pool and there were train tracks behind the hotel, so every once and awhile a train thru.

We like the comfort of the rooms, kindness of the employees and locations of the motels. The breakfasts are okay but not outstanding for express breakfasts. There is a homey atmosphere at these hotels also. Jolyne Castle

I have stayed in the Hilton's, Sheridan's, Wyndam's and everything in between and let me assure you that hotels are all pretty much the same. They all have the common amenities, but what sets them apart is price and the attention to the little details. I prefer County Inns and Suits for a variety of reasons. First their breakfast is actually a breakfast not just a bowl and some old cereal that kids will not eat. They have a full buffet with something for everyone. Second, The price is always reasonable. My family feels like they are living the life of luxury and I still have money for something other than the $0.99 menu. Third, the book program: you barrow a book, you read it, return it to any Country Inn and Suit location, and Carlson will donate a book. If that is not enough they fresh bake cookies daily and serve them at the front desk in the lobby. From the ethics the company is built on the daily service I cannot say enough good about the Country Inns and Suits.

Always clean and helpful, nice to rely on when traveling... all of them that I've stayed at had great breakfast and are very consitant in structure.

I love to stay at the Country Inn and Suites whenever possible. The hotels are always clean and I love that the bedroom is separate from the couch area. 2 great tvs in the room! Always a great place to be when traveling.
