Oustanding Customer Service!
I bought my daughter a bedroom set from Cymax several weeks ago. It was delivered as promised and there were no major problems at all. Just a couple of missing parts from one of the boxes (which was really a manufacturer's error and not Cymax). Got on the phone with a Cymax customer's rep and she was just AWESOME!! A few days later the missing parts were delivered to us and everything else went smooth after that.
As to the bedroom set, the quality is acceptable and for the price we paid, it's truly a bargain! The assembling took time but it went pretty smooth as well.
Overall, I give Cymax five stars and despite all the bad publicity they get online, I TRULY recommend it as an excellent choice for bargain hunters!!
