Dell Financial Services Reviews

When I signed up to have Dell finance my computer, I believed that there was no interest on this arrangement. I was not only misled here but sold the wrong service policy, and got a very slow, slow computer that they were trying to promote. I returned the computer, paid extra for the service policy but cannot get help from DFS to correct this horrendous financial contract they keep increasing the rates on. The people are rude and when you ask to speak to a higher up person, you get put on permanent hold.

Yo tengo servicio con Dell financial Services desde hace 4 años y estoy muy satisfecha puesto que en algunas ocaciones me he tardado un dia en mandar el pago y no me han hecho cargos extras, tambien quiero comentar que gradualmente me han incrementado el credito lo cual me tiene muy complacida pues ahora estoy proxima a disponer nuevamente de las facilidades que me otrogan el tener credito con ustedes, tambien quiero comentar k en el soporte tecnico siempre me han atendido de maravilla, la verdad no tengo ninguna queja pues cuando estaba mas necesitada de una computadora ustedes me dieron la mano confiando en mi, puesto que estaba atravesando por un sitacion economica no muy buena, podria seguir comentando lo feliz k estoy de haberlo elegido pero no me quiero ver repetitiva...Gracias!!

Thanks for your help on the phone. It was however at least a half hour wait on hold. Not sure if it was Financial Services - fellow helped me adjust my order that had been placed earlier.
