Bought a kayak at the downtown Bangor Location
I found that the employees were very helpful for the sale. I did feel however that they did not take care of me well after the sale was completed. I bought several items to go along with my boat, and after using them, I wanted to switch a couple of them. They would not hear of it, not even consider it. I realize I told them that I had used them, but, I could have said they were new, and they would not have been able to tell the diff. I don't know, felt let down after "big" sale was completed.
