5 Stars Love to Decorate & Love a Bargain

Always looking for a bargain, I am guaranteed a good deal, when shopping at Home Goods. They are up on current styles, always have the "in" colors and the latest decorating decor. I've only been to 3 Home Goods Stores and to me, when you walk in, you feel fresh and in a good mood. The displays are always very colorful and artfully displayed and put me in a creative mode.

5 Stars nice home decorating store

This is a really nice, middle of the line prices decor store. They have everything for your home, including some furniture and kitchenware. They are stocked well at all times, although they get random shipments of new items, so you can't always get the same thing twice. They get good clearance, and they have unique items that are not run of the mill.

1 Stars Anywhere but the Woodland Hills Homegoods Store!

Homegoods has a great selection on housewares, bedding, furniture etc. I generally love the store and frequent it on a regular basis for work and for personal use. However, beware the customer service at the Homegoods store located in Woodland Hills is by far the WORST ever seen-Pass the word!- This probably is mostly attributed to behavior of the Asst. Manager of Operations.- Monica. Through her actions and "sound business decisions" she really does not appear to care what the customer experience is. There are long lines, long delays, and if there are complaints- do not ask for the manager especially at night because you will get referred back to Monica. Monica will not allow you to speak, she states the "policy" then walks away. I went into the store and noticed that Monica did that to two other customers. When you ask to speak to the regional/district manager she will refuse to provide you with the contact- only to the customer service number. However the other stores are more than happy to assist- why does Monica's practice differ so drastically from the other stores?

I have been to other Homegoods locations such as Simi Valley and the like and they are very courteous, helpful, and upbeat. They truly do want the customer to have a great experience- trying to find the diamond or the prize of the century.

4 Stars Home Goods, Stockton, CA

Shopping at Home Goods is like shopping at a thrift store in that you never known what treasures you might uncover! Unlike a thrift store, however, the stuff is all name band, new, quality nerchandise. We go every Friday to check out the new offerings!
