Good coupons, good prices for configuration options
When looking for a pc or laptop, HP is a good place to look, especially if you are very focused on what you'd like in your system, and just not finding it in the pre-packaged computer systems.
Unlike some of the competitiors, I found that the prices for self-configured systems were really very good, especially with the use of one of the many coupons that hp often has available. This let me build a very powerful system for my needs at a much better price than the competitive systems I was looking at.

Good but unstudy
Bought a netbook from them and it came in good time. Ordered a cable for a larger screen with it, special to the HP netbook. They took the order but did not send the cable. Took several communications to get straight story. In end worked out.
