I used this merchant's website for the first time during the Christmas Holidays. One of my sons and two of my grandsons are out of state.

The site was so easy to navigate. Sometimes other sites are so busy, and you get so bogged down in useless data, you just give up your search. Not so with the Kenneth Cole site. It was so easy to use and I was able to find a lot of message tshirts that the kids love. I think the shipping was free at the time. I was also able to ship their package directly to them as well as send a personalized gift card.I do a lot of online shopping and this is a site that I will visit time after time. alot of the stuff have good discounts but no sizes, but some others are too expensive for an outlet shop.

I love KC for many reasons. The first is for their commitment to being socially conscious. It is amazing that such a large brand has the courage to unapologetically speak out on what they believe in. Their popularity hasn't suffered one bit. Imagine that...

The second reason is because they continue to produce consistent, timeless, and ultimately sexy fashions. And they never leave out the men. Few brands have such a wide array of product without being biased toward one sex, which is usually women. Kenneth Cole has the found this balance masterfully.

The last reason is because of the great price points, multiple discount offers, and outstanding clearance prices. One would be hard-pressed to find such quality at these savings with another brand.

I love this brand all my cloths are from this brand even my sandals I am always looking for new products but Miami hasn't have alot of variety the outlet at new Orleans has alot more the wallet I bought for my wife from there till today I have never seen a product like that here in Miami in short me and my wife we love this brand and always will

I bought a pair of sharp Sandals on line from Kenneth Cole and I have to tell you I wore them to a wedding and got so many compliments. I had three different men come up to me and give me compliments on my shoes. My husband loved them so much, he says teasingly that I am not allowed to wear them out unless I am with him.

My overall review of Kenneth Cole was A+. My size, color, and the picture shown of the sandal matched perfectly with the sandal I received in the mail. The price was excellent and I received them within one week of the date of purchase.

Best service and the best coupons

I own a few of their watches and they're stylish and quality made. I can't find a replacement battery for one of my watches but that's my fault because I bought it from England. Its not a casual clothing store. Its more of a every now and then store hoping to find a deal on some expensive things like watches, leather shoes, etc.

I am an I.T. person and have found numerous websites that were even hard for me to use which I could only imagine would frustrate a normal user.

I have found this site user frinedly and if there was anything I would change is the customer has to scroll down to see the items that he/she has clicked on. It would look better to have them right there when you hit the link or the instructions to scroll down to see it. Otherwise I like the setup. Jerry
