I have a hard time finding worthwhile discount coupons for on-line purchases. If I am willing to wait for delivery at least you can offer discounted service for this type of customer. General speaking the two store I shop at in Santa Rosa, CA> (FARMERS LANE and MENDOCINO AVENUE are excellent the other store on SEBASTOPOL ROAD is not worth the drive as the service is not good.

Every time i have an auto parts need, i choose kragen auto parts. the staff is always courteyous, and knoledgeable. i have always found the parts i needed, from one store or another. my overall shopping experience has always been pleasant and fulfilling. thank you kragen auto parts.

I needed to pick up tail light bulbs for my 2003 chevy and the staff was very quick and poliet. i was in and out in under 10 min and lights worked great.

I shop at Kragen frequently. It's close to home and has most parts I need. I take care of 3 cars, mine and my two teenagers. The only parts problem was related to my Suzuki Aerio when I first bought it. Hard to get parts anywhere really. The customer service is very respectful, I never feel talked down to, and the clerks will take the time to explain installation or other details to me. Rare in this day and age. Overall, good shopping experience.

I came in today and got my battery/alternator checked for free! I think Kragens is a great place to ask for basic maintenance questions free of charge. They also have a decent selection of all your car parts needs. I think they're pretty good.

My Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (v6) was having a few issues at the same time. The biggest problem was making the car start, it was not even cranking and the problem was more electrical than mechanical. After doing some research and testing parts, I was able to figure out that the problem was the fuel pump unit itself. I went to Kragen's to get a quote on a brand new fuel pump assembly, it was a little too expensive for what I was looking for, $240 plus tax. Kragen's specialist was extremely useful in this case, he told me that I could get just the fuel pump and to use the assembly (cables, etc) from the old pump, there wasn't going to be a problem if the pump itself was the one having the problems, and to figure that out 'HE' gave me some tips to test the pump. I ended up saving $170 and my car was up and running.

I called around to find prices on a new water pump for my Suburban, and not only did Kragen have the lowest price, but was the only store to offer to price match if I found it lower. Getting the part I needed was fast and easy thanks to the helpful staff in the Lompoc, CA store. Things were made even easier when I got a loaner fan clutch removal tool, saving me money or likely busted knuckles. It turns out the water pump was not my only problem and I will be back at Kragen tomorrow to buy a head gasket kit. Keep up the great customer service and low prices, you guys are getting all my business!

I went to Kragens in Jackson Ca and was treated with respect, consideration and was helped by knowlegeable staff.

I was there to buy brake pads for my Ford Taurus and I always call around to find the best deal, Kragens in Jackson Ca was not only cheaper but had a better quality pad.

That kind of thing is unheard of in these days!

I do quite a bit of business at kragens, I work on cars for a living. My fiances starter took a dump on a sunday and she has to be at work mon. At 7:30 . I pulled the starter as fast as I could,jumped in the truck and flew,got there at 7:15 and the guys inside left me hanging,the part was in stock and they just didn't have the time. I understand a long day,but to have a customer w/ cash in hand,not to mention the hundreds I spend weekly. Just seems like bad business practice to me. Oh well enough whining,but I'll be at napa or pep boys in the a.m. After having to drive my fiance to work. What a whiny bi%:h I sound like. Oh well,just annoyed. Truly , Rich Gromowsky Sa? I love Kragen Auto Parts because it always has every thing I need and want, and the store people are usually friendly and cooperative. They have a wide variety of lets say steering wheel covers or air fresheners , seat covers, mats, and lots of colors and fabrics, Kragen is the place to go for accessories!!

I NEVER OPEN THE BAG OR USED THEM IN ANY WAY BECAUSE I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO MISS THE SNOW & ICE OVER THE DONNER PASS. i WAS TOLD AT THE STORE WHERE I PURCHASED THEM IF I DID NOT USE THEM SIMPLY RETURN THEM WITHIN 60 DAYS.

I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THEM IN ONE WEEK....AND WAS TOLD ANY SNOW CHAIN PURCHASE IS 'YOURS FOR LIFE'. DISAPPOINTING - TWO DIFFERENT KRAGEN EMPLOYEES WITH TOTALLY DIFFERENT RETURN POLICY KNOWLEDGE.

I went to a competitor of Kragen first, and was given incorrect information on using a product to recharge the air conditioner on my car. I bought the product, but then I went into Kragen. The clerk came outside and checked out my air conditioner, and found that it was full and did not need recharging. In fact, if I had done what the competitor had instructed me to do, I would have ruined my air conditioner!!!

I am so thankful for that person at Kragen, and how he went out of his way to run a free check on my air conditioner. He saved me so much money and grief!

I need an alternator now, and I will be going into Kragens tomorrow to buy it!!!

I normally shop at Autozone because they have an incentive offer when you buy at least $20 for each visit and you get a point. Adding those points up to 5 pts.; you would get a $20 gift on anything in the store. However, Autozone's prices is a little higher compared to Kragen. So I guess it kinda evens out, but if Kragen would get on this path, it would be nice and I would consider shopping with them more often. When getting certain parts for my car, I often find it that Kragen would have the parts that I need, but not Autozone. Therefore, I would give Kragen 4 stars for my overall rating.

As a woman I am nervous about making any decisions regarding my car. I am always afraid that I will sound like I have no idea what I am taking about (I don't) and end up getting taken advantage of.

For Thanksgiving I am driving home to Santa Cruz and I knew that I needed to do something to get my car ready for the road. I called my father and asked his avice, I asked around the office for help and then finally decided to look on line. I got the same advice from everywhere - "I'm not sure" and "be careful as a woman, don't get taken advantage of."

I of course I went into a state of panic and my mind started racing: I am strapped right now, just like everyone else, I can't afford to be taken advantage of and I have no idea what I am doing!

I took a deep breath, went back on line and tried to resolve the problem. I figured I were to lose money over this I might as well try to find a coupon for it.

I found a coupon, luckily, and went to the nearest Kragen's.

They were amazing. they understood my fear. they walked me through all of my options and explained why some things were more expensive than others. I left satisfied and armed with the knowledge that I can take care of my car and with Kragen's help never fear the outcome.

I went to Kragen Auto Parts yesterday and they totally helped me find out the best bargain for the brakes on my 2003 Nissan Altima. I'm going to save so much money by choosing them over they other guys when I get my paycheck!!!
