3 Stars Shipping Charges

LC will charge you a shipping charge for an item that was out of stock. Will give you credit for item only. I was told the package arrived. I said it arrived with out the out of stock item and the representative said it did not matter. Please help me understand - I get credit for the item but no credit for shipping of an item that did not arrive.

5 Stars How The Liquidation Channel is so much more to me than sparkle and shine...

I love jewelry, always have ever since I was a little girl. I always dreamed of owning all kinds of jewels, from diamonds to the most exotic of gems. That is exactly what Liquidation Channel has allowed me to do!! You all are GREAT!!! I am currently unable to work due to injuries I suffered from an abusive marriage I was in not to long ago. At the time I was finally able to end it, I was not to sure who I was. To make a long story short, being able to afford your beautiful jewelry has been heaven sent. Even though I might not feel all that great some days, when I put on your jewelry, it makes me feel that I can handle anything and I look awesome doing it!! My mom and grama have also purchased items as gifts for me that I could have never ever gotten at retail prices. Thank you all...to everyone behind the scenes, all the way to the president himself, and of course everyone in between too. You all have helped me and my family with a new beginning...God Bless to you all!!

Have purchased several pieces from the LC. Most of the time the items are outstanding. Every so often the items are not satisfactory. When this happens the LC is prompt, professional and fair in providing a remedy for the situation. Overall, I give them an A.

1 Stars RE: my converstion with customer service yesterday

I lost this item due to the inadequate chain that it came with. I lost this item outside of my home. I feel that I should get full reimbursement since the chain was faulty. thus losing the pendant.. Customer Service rep said they can't reimburse me because I didn't send the item back. How could I if it was lost due to the chain? This makes no sense to me, I was told that I would receive $10.00 back per chain= $20.00 for both, but that still leaves me with no pendent plus chain. Would you please discuss this with the head supervisor? I do not think it is good business to ignore the fact that I am out $42.98.

I'm going to send the "lost item" back, with the original invoice along with the empty box where you can find the "lost item". I mean I was told that I had to send back the "lost item", in order to meet your requirements, then , will I finally get my $42.98 refunded!!!??

Recently i purchase a "Jalisco Cherry Fire Opal" man ring for my husband for a $49.99, it seposed to be platinum overlay on sterling silver with a comfort fit. After 3 days wearing it, his finger started to scratch. He took it off and that platinum overlay comfort fit just gone. It scratching his finger now and metal not look like it is silver or platinum overlay. I purchased few items more, before the ring for my husband, now i am scared to give those as presents or wear them myself.

I ordered an amethyst multi-strand necklace that was offered as a doorbuster item thinking, OK, I will give it a try since this 1100 carat item was only 19.99. Well, wow, to say I was impressed is an understatement. I have shopped on every major shopping network, but I think this purchase was the best!

5 Stars The Best Deals I've Come Across...EVER!

I have purchased numerous items for myself and as gifts for friends and family and have not been disappointed even once!

I "accidentally" came across the channel while scanning my tv last year and realized THESE ARE REALLY DEALS! I have been hooked ever since. I am able to give incredibly nice gifts in a means that I can afford. In these days of uncertainties in the economy, LC makes sure its customers are happy and prices are kept insanely low!

I LOVE the aspect of the personal shopper. There have been items that I inquired about and was stunned to find how helpful, knowledgeable and truly happy to help the Personal Assistants are! Customer service is becoming a lost are, but not at LC! I'm already Christmas shopping for next year! One suggestion I'd like to make is to create a "WATCH" tab for the auction items. It would help tremendously when there are items I'd like to bid on, but the auction may not end for a day or two. I've missed some really nice items as a result-just a suggestion.

Keep doing what you're doing LC! It's working and it's the BEST "stumble upon" I think I have ever found in purchasing quality items at amazing prices!
