good quality ink and affordable
I have tried other brands that were in the same price range and find OC ink last longer. Easy to order and reliable.

very unhappy
I have been doing business with them for close to 4 months. I have started out a ink cartridge supply business .I have established 10 accounts. Including 3 gas stations,1 vitamin store,1 cater,one landscaper,i resturant,1 car repair service station(my best client) I pride myself on taking care of the customers and standing behind my prodcut.
I have had to return their cartridges too many times and too many are defective or very low on ink. Also they shipped me out a brother invocie in a hp carton. Very unprofessional. I also had to argue with them to them to send it to me second day air so I can repalce the defect as soon as possible. How can you put some other manufacuter invoice with a different manufacuter. If I had the time I would warn the buying public to stay away from this company. They are inept and sell very bad product. When I orginally planned to do business with them how was their defect rate of returns. They had indicated 1%. More lije 30% or greater. If I had the time I would create blogs and put on search engines that the buying public should avoid this company at all costs. I'm also a ameriplan provider and amerippaln dropped them as a sponsored company. Theier prices are so so ebay is cheaper .I have ordered off of ebay when I can and never had trouble with a single product and 3vbay stands behind their buyers 100%.
My evalution of ocinkjet is a negative D or worse. They should be reported to the BBB and noone should buy their prodcuts. Their products are inferior and when people have a problem they feel no sense of urgency in replacing the product. My rating EEE

I have purchased Canon ink jet cartridges from OC Inkjet on several occasions; I have found them to be best price on the web, plus free shipping. Also, if you have a question the staff is knowledgeable and friendly ... hey, it does not get better!
Good company, great savings, prompt delivery - FREE; I am glad they are our there ! :-)
