Very cool experience. Gotta go to the store in person to know this. All the workers are always very helpful and friendly. Haven't ran into a bad REI store yet.

I have purchased skies and bindings and ski clothing from REI and have never been disappointed. They have mounted several pairs of bindings for my family over the years, and always did a great job waxing and sharping the edges for us. There camping gear is always top of the line. This is my number one place to shop for any outdoor activity. Buying a sub zero mummy sleeping bag for this christmass and REI as usual has the best variety.

This organization gets it! I have never had a problem with them, returns and exchanges are pain free and the employees know what they are talking about.

I like REI because they stand by everything they sell. If you have questions or concerns, they will answer them. The staff knows what they are talking about. Prices can be a little high, but the quality is great - especially for their camping gear.

I love REI! Unfortunately, I moved cities and there are none near me in Omaha, NE. I miss being able browse the store! Great merchanidise!

REI always has the latest gear for my outdoor needs. From tents to apparel, anything under the sun. Their clothes are also very nice and anytime I am near a brick and mortar store, I go crazy! They update their line frequently and I love being able to go there to find the latest North Face jacket or Patagonia sweater. Awesome store!

purchased a propane lantern from REI. used the in store pickup to save on shipping, and everything came together in a timely fashion, staff was great, and I have a sweet new lantern!

REI and its employees are very helpful and knowledgably. The take the time to serve, educate, and advise on equipment and levels of. They are a very good store and that is why i shop at REI time after time.

We're lucky to have an REI close to us. It's a fun place to browse for gear, clothing, shoes, etc. I always go there for the SmartWool and Thorlo socks that I wear most days because REI stocks the best variety. REI may be a little pricey, but shopping the sales finds you some of the best deals around.

REI is definitely one of the top if not the best sport stores around. A tad on the expensive side but the products are top notch. What is really nice if your can order items online and not pay for shipping by shipping your item to you nearby REI store.

Let's face it. It's fun to shop for outdoor clothing, gadgets you'd never find anywhere else, pet supplies and toys, running shoes, bandanas, camping gear...all at one store. REI is like the Wal-Mart of gear!!! You can get everything here. I have ordered jackets, shirts, shorts, dog leashes, sandals, you name it, I have ordered it. The selection is amazing and the prices are comparable. They always have a wide range of price options and merchandize available. The only thing better than the online store is actually going to one. I absolutlely love them. Oh yeah...customer service can't be beat either!

REI has knowledgeable staff that do not work on commission and really want to help you out. The do not judge you by your lack of apparent outdoor cred. They have a fantastic return policy and stores are well stocked with most things you need. Their prices are not bargain basement, but they are also not overpriced. Overall, a solid outdoor store experience.

We go to Rei for a lot of our outdoor gear. All of the merchandise is top quality. Customer service is amazing. They have free shipping to the store which is really cool. Returns are easy also.

The staff here is comprised of some of the most helpful people I have ever met. They helped me get 100% ready for a camping trip with everything from food items to what socks I should wear. Their membership program is unbeatable too.
