My store in Moscow has the most amazing sales people. They will offer to help me take out and put in batteries and they provide recommendations based on the most reliable products instead of the price.

Though definitely not the cheapest auto parts store the Schucks in Battle Ground, Washington carries just about everything I need to do a plethora of repairs and additions to my toyota truck as well as my 1972 Buick. But more importantly the staff is very knowledgeable, and hasn't mis-informed me yet about a part, etc. Specifically, last month I returned a set of headlights that had burned out after only about a month of use, surprisingly the guy (Noah) behind the counter was friendly and exchange the headlights no questions asked. I'll definitely be returning to that store for my future automotive needs.

I have been buying my auto parts from Schucks for about 15 years. They sell great products and have great service. They have great warranties and stand behind them. The employees are very Knowledgeable, and helpfull. They are awesome people!

Shucks auto has been a staple of the car fix it yourself crowd for a long time. My first parts for a Mini Bike were bought here and most likely almost every part for every vehicle since.

The knowledge of the staff can vary tremendously though. This past week I ordered timing belt parts for my motorized go cart called a Toyota Corolla. One store employee said the cost was near 90.00 for the belt alone. Another employee the next day wrangled a price of 59.95 for the belt, a tensioner and the accompanying gaskets.

The key is, ask and you shall recieve, knock, (Not ping) and it shall be made available to you. Shuck's is a great store but you have to be assertive at times to get what you want and at the right price.

They replace them for free. THANKS!
