For someone like me that can never stick to a diet because I crave sweets, cookies, breads, this is a perfect solution. I am having no problems sticking to the plan. The cookies are so delicious and I never get tired of eating them but I don't feel guilty. Because I know at any given moment I get to eat a cookie sometime soon, I don't binge on sweets or sneak food. By dinner time, I am craving vegetables and meat, so I can't think of a better way to lose weight. I've already lost several pounds.
