Ordered a liner from them, when it arrived we installed it and the corners were round and pulled out of the corner. I contacted Barry who told me that was the way it was suppose to fit. Six years later the corner tore. I thought it odd, but contacted them to order another, they had no record of ordering the original liner (although they had all the other orders still on file) then when I came up with the paperwork, they stopped responding to my email. I ordered a liner from In The Swim, and it fit beautifully and I immediately knew why they stopped responding to me. They had ordered rounded corners for me for a pool that had 90 degree corners and didn't want to make it good. The liner has a warranty, but the mfg will not honor it because Specialty Pool Products ordered an ill fitting liner. I got a nasty email from them when I asked for a simple apology. They were trying to make it my fault, that I had not contacted them, however I saved all email with date and time stamp, they again stopped responding. I just think this company is great until you have a problem, then look out, they lied to cover it up and attacked me for not being happy about. The liner was over $600.00 and since it only lasted 6 years they owe me $300.00 because an apology was out of the question. I have turned them into BBB who seems to have had other issues with them.
