When I buy a tunic from Spiegel it always has that hint of a Paris runway type of look. Their boot cut leggings are just perfect and true to size. I have to wait for the sales but I enjoy Christmas in April.

I am a gold rewards card member and have a personal shopper. The service is fantastic! As for some of the other posts, please proofread what you write - you're spelling is terrible. "Disgussded?" You must be joking. And Spiegel is not spelled "Spiegle."

I will always shop at Spiegel. I have always received Class A customer service and support. I have and will recommend Spiegel to all of my friends and staff. I will always remain loyal to this store. Spiegel Rocks!!!!

I purchased something from Spiegels and then returned it, it took three months before I repeadedly called to get a credit, They need to get with it and seriously update there credit department. I closed my account after getting discussded. They just don't care if your waiting for a creditor not, take my word for it.don't shop there anymore.

I love Spiegel clothing! Some of it can be a bit pricey for me, but they always have a lot of nice things on sale and in the clearance section so I can always find good deals there. There are also promotions where you can use a code to get a discount, so that is the best way to shop - buy sale items and use the promo codes! I would definitely recommend Spiegel.

I ordered from SPIEGEL first time early on June but unfortunately I did not like the item. I returned it but did not get credit back. After two months I called them and I received worst customer service ever!!!! Finally, yesterday, they put credit back into my account but it was 40% short. Be aware... this company steal you money! UNBELIEVABLE. After this unpleasant incident I marked all of Spiegel's e-mail as a junkmail!

I looked through the most recent catalog sent to me for a swimsuit... I ended up purchasing several items that were on sale and I absolutely love to shop Spiegel, great prices, fashionable and make you look great!

Spiegel has been around as a business for a good while and I have always trusted the Spiegel name and the brands and styles they sell based on purchases I've made having an account with them. They sell some of the most fashion forward, chic and classic styles around, and for very, very reasonable prices. I love Spiegel and always have. Not only are they a class act, they offer many sales and special offers for regular customers. So take it from me, a long time account holder, Spiegel is awesome, respected and a well-rounded business, brand and household name.

I called the Spiegle Bank and gave them all of my information and wanted to set up Automatic payments to avoid late charges and they do not have that service.

To make a payment over the phone or with a representative, I would be charged $10.00, which isn't fair to me.

I needed help with my account and provided all personal information such as social sec. #, address, etc. and they would not help me with my account.

I called back and got a wonderful representative and she was able to help me, so that I felt better with this company.

This took 1 hour of my time and it was a frustrating experience, to say the least.
