Horrible company, avoid at all costs
I will NEVER order from this company ever again. They kept me waiting for a simple blind order since 9/26. I called on a weekly basis to find out the status of the order and they kept pushing the ship date back a week. They finally promised me the order was to ship out on 11/4 and that they would even send me a tracking number. I called them around 10 am on the 5th looking for the tracking number and was told the shipping dept doesn't open till noon. (Yeah right!) Then, about an hour later received an email from them stating that my order is still on backorder from the factory and it wouldn't ship out till 11/19. All the while, the company had immediately billed my credit card company as soon as I had placed the order. This company does nothing but lie and cheat its customers and their customer service department could care less about their customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
