Bad service, bad company
I purchased a new blackberry. What I received from The OEM Shop was an old one. It was definitely used before. Old owners name was still in the device. The screen protection was taken off before and had dust underneath. The cover didn’t fit. The blackberry looked used as well as the box and the user manual. The USB wire that they sent was wrong.
I asked for a refund and now I’m getting conflicting information from their user support. I’ve been going back and forth with them. Such a waste of time and money
