I realy get a kick out of the VCS catalog-- it brings me back to when country stores were more common. I love the variety of products, and the prices (for better merchandise) are less than other stores.

I love to get the old fashioned toys for my son who will be three years old this December. He is so excited for Christmas this year. I got him the bendable Popeye, Pink Panther, Tin Kaleidoscope, I love the Christmas Candles. My mother was so excited when she saw them. She said her mother used to have those out every Christmas. I was so excited at Christmas when I was a child. I want my son to have a lot of happy memories of his.

I have orderd numberous items from Vermont Country Store and have always been extemely satisfied. I have been able to find all kinds of things from my past that I thought were gone forever. You have no idea how happy just a simple bottle of shampoo that I haven't been able to find since I was 14 years old (and I am 50 now!). It's amazing how it takes me down memory lane and puts happy thoughts in my head. I have recently been thru some major health problems and can never work again, so although I don't have much in the way of money I can always find something at Vermont Country store that gives me such a pick up! Thank you so much for being there!

These folks really do remember how business should be done. They honor their commitments, they have friendly, helpful staff. They actually are receptive to suggestions too. Last year I was looking for classic tradional onion soup crock pots and couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere. I suggested the item to the Vermont Country Store. I received a reply that they would see if they could find them and about 3 months later, low & behold, there they were as a new item in the catalog!
I love these folks!

I love The Vermont Country Store catalog. It brings me back to my childhood looking at the old time toys and games and candies. I have often ordered old time candy and fruitcake in addition to toys for my young nephew. It's wonderful.

My best girlfriend and I have made an annual tradition of our Vermont weekend, which of course includes the Vermont Country Store. We spend the better part of a Saturday each fall browsing through all that the store has to offer. What I think we love most is that it is not just a great shopping experience, but it is a trip down memory lane, conjuring up all kinds of warm, loving and oftentimes funny memories of times past. No other store that I know of can offer so many products from yesteryear, and as we all know, the products that we remember from our childhoods are usually the BEST, and most effective! Thank you for being such a unique part of our annual Autumn sojurn! Many more happy years!

I have been shopping at the Vermont Country Store for over 5 years. Purchaced clothes, food, curtains, tableclothes, shoes, pots, holiday decorations, toys, candy. Not one thing had to be returned. Better quality then you can imagine. I have called to ask questions on curtains and chair pads and they go the full mile...they even tried chair pad with demensions I gave and said it just wouldn't work. They have plenty of specials and give their regular customers generous gift cards. Your in for a special treat if into old fashion, high quality holiday decor! Shipping is top rate at regular prices. Vermont Country Store has the best selection of "old time" candy that brings me back to fun childhood memories every time. Delivery is always prompt. Be sure to check out their after holiday sales,there are great bargains to be had.

I bought some sock monkey sheets from the Vermont Country store and love them. I will buy the flannel ones as soon as I can get a coupon for free shipping.
Shipping just adds a lot to my total so I have to wait till their is free shipping at most catalogers.
Otherwise good quality
