Been Customer 3 yrs can't get new boxes except full price and paying $40 for 2 boxes wTF?

Just Open an account with tivo because of an ad that i seen on best online coupon:Get 3 months of free TiVo service.

My husband and I each have our own TiVo, and I can't watch tv without it. I like the feature of getting season passes to shows, it automatically records the shows I want to watch. One problem is I have it set to record t

The Amazing Race, but when sports shows run over earlier in the day, Tivo can't account for that and I miss half the show. Also I can't tell how much room is left on my Tivo, so shows sometimes get erased before I have a chance to watch them to make room for new recordings. TiVo also has features like connecting to your computer, but I have no idea how it works, it sounds like a good feature, but I will never really know.

I do like that I can scroll through categories to find shows I may like. TiVo also records suggestions of shows if you have extra room.

Since I have had my TiVo so long, I don't pay a monthly service, I would like to upgrade one of our tivos but it can't be done and keep the lifetime service.

Anyway, I am addicted to my TiVo and rarely watch "live" tv.

This company is easy to work with. The product is great. It is nice to be able to control what and when you watch TV. I wish it was free... someday?
