They do not honor returns on defective covers. Gave me a run around for months without giving a replacemnet for a cover only 6 months old.

this reel is useless!!! it does not work. it rolls up the solar blanket great but you can not get the solar cover off the reel, of course you can not return it after you drill it and you would not know until you put the cover on it that it does not work

the solar cover which of course absorbs the heat from the sun rolls into a semi circle and it takes two strong adults in the pool to get it off the reel. it is literally stuck like glue to the other half of the cover. think about a piece of hot plastic being rolled up from a circle to a semi circle around a pole for a hot summer day i am sure you get my drift. but since you have already drilled the pole you can not return it.

Do not bother to waste over a hundred and fifty dollars on something that does not work and what can i say about the directions to put it together it totally skips two steps, that are very necessary.

I have been pleased with water warehouse since I recieved my first catalog. The prices are fair and within reason, the shipping and arrival time of products ordered is Fast. Never had an incorrect order. When I've had questions and had to call, the operators have always been pleasent and polite. If an item is out of stock and I have ordered it from someplace else, I always seem to have a problem. My only problem now is that when I try to get to their website via any of the emails I'm sent, it jams my computer. Overall, I have NO complaints.
