    30-DAYS Return Policy.... not so true!

I have been a customer for several years and have purchased so many items from handbags, linens, shoes, but mostly jewelry department. The 30-days return policy states "unconditional" is NOT SO TRUE. I purchased a ring from the NYC II line, wore it for a few days then decided to send it back well within the 30 days period. Lo and behold, it was sent back to me with a message stating that the return cannot be processed and my payment will not be refunded due to the "ring shows wear/scratches on the surface". "WAIT A MINUTE", I thought it came with 30 days unconditional return policy. They even say on the program "get it home, try it on, and if the ring is not for you, return it". Lesson learned! ONCE YOU RECEIVE ANYTHING YOU ORDER, YOU MUST DECIDE IMMEDIATELY, WITHIN 24-48 HOURS IF YOU WANT TO RETURN IT. OTHERWISE, you're SOL.

I have bought one 3 karat diamond ring and though I usually spend more than $500 for jewelry each year. This is was a higher price than I thought I should spend but it was sooo worth it. The diamonds are so sparkley, I love it. In fact, I returned to shopnbc for another diamond ring. This one is also sparkly like crazy. I find myself returning again and again. Their customer service has a lot to do with my comfort shoppping online with a home shopping network.

The ONLY thing I dislike about ShopNBC is this obnoxious new host. She's blonde, sort of, and she is such a turn off. I can't stand the way she talks down to ShopNBC viewers. She was on today (3/4/2011) with Pamela McCoy and totally talked over her. Get rid of the b****.

    LOVE Shop NBC

I have been a SHOPNBC customer for over 10 years now. I have purchased everything from computers and laptops to make-up and jewelry and clothing. One of the things I have liked about Shop NBC is that they carry top of the line products that you actually recognize and know the manufacturers of. The hosts are honest and knowledgeable without being pushy. The jewelry I have purchased over the years from fashion to fine has all been beautifully made with the highest quality stones and metals. I really couldn't recommend a better company for value meets quality for all of their products. The only points off I would give them is for some of their customer service reps' skills for ordering; also they don't have a way to search for a product if customer service is closed. This would be a great service as other shopping stations have this advantage. However, I believe they are working on it. All in all, I would and do recommend them often. Give them a try and like me, Happy Shopping!!

    SHOPNBC: one of the best online companies

When you compare online company's you have to compare only 2 things. The quality of the stuff they sell you, and the service after the sale of the product that was just mailed to you.

If you buy a gift from them, unused merchandise is very easy to return. Exchanges are not very easy, since they sell out of most of what they sell. But, what they do sell is of the highest quality. I have no real argument for not giving them a 5-star rating, except the service after sale issues that can evolve with them.

I have only had 1 problem over several years. And this is because they do not sell junk to you. I will always send people to ShopNBC, because you can get some real good deals.

    The worst of online shopping

I bought a sapphire ring-it looked like black onyx- I tried to return ..a couple days after THEIR TIME LIMIT. tHE 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY BEGINS ON THE DaTE OF order!!! Not the date of receipt. It may take 10-13 days to receive your item & if u don't immediately decide to return, you're out of luck! Even though I was a very good customer of theirs, they did absolutely nothing for me in customer service & I was stuck with an ugly looking ring! Buyer beware! Pay close attention to their "30 days" return promise--it's a sham! Furthermore, unlike HSN, QVC, they charge full price shipping on every item---can cost 1/3 of the total order....Do NOT recommend them!

    Worst shopping experience

Worst on-line, TV buying experience. I made a large purchase, one item never recieved. Cust. service conducts an investigation, and does not refund your money, I never received my refund and it's almost one month. I have placed numerous calls and they'll tell you anything to get you off the phone. Problem is, you can't find a single person to actually help you. I've shopped with QVC, HSN, Zappos, Penneys, etc. on-line, and never had a problem like this- don't use Shopnbc, they are a scam!

    Short/ alive / and hopful

I'm looking to try the susan Summer today special. I've been part of our economic issues and it's effected for last 8 months and the way I shop these days. At the age of 53 and I'm always worked within the world of prestage beuaty, ive used many skin care line. My money not the same, job offers not the same, age groups not the same. So all I feel all that I have is prayer. By putting myself ($) on a lym even with a 30 day don't ask, don't tell ( joking )I look fabulous for my age 53 but when you see my resume I'm past on. Im hearing I'm over quailifed for their entre level. Befor they can see me in person they see my age (1957) which is very disharting. I just want to work and grow with a brand, so with the way plus the best of skin care that a retail TV networks can offer I a company can

see beyond the number/grate skin and has the

knowledge which will equate to result and HSN provide that flexabily with not having yo compromise quality. Thank you Miguel

    Bad operator

On 07/24/10 evening I used the ph to place an order because my computer wasn't up and I didn't want to miss getting these shoes.

Couldn't give item # because the screen was on commercial.

Operator would not search their computer to find the item #.(operator was a male w/feminine voice)

I was very upset.

Other channel operators are very helpful and would have searched for the item.
