Really good watch prices, but frustrating returns
You can score a name brand watch here for a cheap price, and you will receive your order very quickly...I think mine arrived the next day!
Just be aware that the warranty is with ashford, not with the watch manufacturer. They clearly state this on their page...so no hidden information.
The item I received did not work. This is not why I rated ashford so low. The problem was the difficulty I had connecting to a customer service rep for return authorization. There is a procedure you must follow. After finally getting a human ...instead of endless waiting only to be disconnected... I received the authorization I required and the rest of the return and refunds went just fine.
Ashford would rate higher if returns weren't so difficult.
