really worked out very well.It is so easy to put the pictures and to create photo book. I will recommed to my friends.

customer service not very savvy
Recently, I ordered an ISBN number using a foreign credit card and shipping address. I used a coupon code for a $10 discount. I realized my mistake immediately (only U.S. residents can purchase ISBNs) and emailed within 5 minutes to change the shipping address. It took a couple of days before they got back to me saying they had canceled the order due to the address. Once I ascertained through emails that I needed both a U.S. credit card and shipping address, I tried again. Unfortunately, by then, the coupon code had expired. Shauna S., the customer service rep, offered me a $4 coupon for shipping. When I asked her to check with a supervisor to see if they could extend the previous $10 offer to me, I was told she checked and the supervisor said no. Really still cannot believe it. Not very good customer relations, though I must say that Shauna S. was very nice and very responsive. Nevertheless, my first impression of LULU is not great.
