mediocrocy at best - but stuck with them
United simply needs more agents at their flight check-in counters. It is so aggrevating to wait in a long line and only 1 agent is working to check us ALL in!!!
Regarding the new Milage Plus automatic upgrade if a better seat is available program, seems like it is too good to be true when one lives in Chicago and almost EVERYONE on the plane is a Premier or better. I'll never get upgraded again.:(

United Airlines IAD to KWI
United Airlines flight IAD to KWI was good. Flew in Economy Plus. While not as up-to-date as other airlines, seating is comfortable and managed to sleep a bit. Meal was good and well presented. Staff very pleasant and helpful. When going to Iraq it is nice to be able to relax on a 12hr flight.

I travel alot !
I travel at least 6 times a year across country now that may not sound alot to some people but my travel is not for bussiness . I usually go on United and I have always had a great experience . The way the people treat me is great , I have very long legs so I have been upgraded to economy plus every time for no extra cost . Now I do have one complaint but this is for all the airlines STOP THE UNCALLED FOR BAGGAGE FEES every flight I am on is booked full people are being bumped so dont give me the excuse you need to make money up somewhere because that is a load of you know what ! So thats about all I have to say , I am sure we all have the same concern . Thanks for reading.

i think it is the best possible air line they are try ing there best to improve and tghe last time i flew them they make you feel at home atnd like the plane is a hotel not just a means of getting home

United gets an A
I have flown all over the world with United and they are very good. I have never had a flight canceled and only a few were delayed. I would say their planes seating may not be the most spacious, but the cost-to-bargain ratio is pretty good. I would give them a 7.5 out of 10.

Big Airline Co. & big plane
I'm a new member of United Airlines, and like UA fly to shanghai, China.
next month I will from Chicago ORD fly to LAx, I hope UA's price then AA is best.
