1 Stars Worst service on line

Do not buy. Really poor service. Be aware. I ordered two Kent shirts on the 25th July. They are supposed to take ten days to ship. It’s now day 14 and they haven’t given me an update. I have been in contact three times. The first time was a brush off. The second they misquoted their own order lead time and the third they apologised and said they would get more information from the manufacturer. That was two days ago. Apparently the manufacturer doesn’t respond very well. I am on the verge of cancelling the order because, from a big company like WB, I would expect better.

1 Stars The worst online shop imaginable

Great product, if it would load, but each page requires about 10 force reloads before it finally appears. It's never been fixed, and it honestly runs like a dial-up from 1998.

5 Stars DVD to Blu is an awesome deal!

I was very impressed when I read about WB's "DVD to Blu" deal. You send DVD discs (no boxes or artwork) and exchange them for blu-ray DVDs at a super-low price. I turned in 11 movies and received 11 awesome blu-ray movies for my family to enjoy. Way to go, WB, for offering an awesome deal!

2 Stars no online tracking, misleading messages

I made a purchase from wbshop.com in February 2010. First the good news: I used a coupon I found online and it got me 15% off, which amounted to $44 off so I was very happy. Also, the package (eventually) arrived and the product was in good condition.

The bad news is that wbshop.com's package tracking and customer communication system were bad to terrible, at least in my experience. The online part was terrible. My item was supposed to ship on February 15. When it hadn't arrived by Feb 22, I went to wbshop.com, logged in, and clicked on Order History to check my purchases, only to get a message that was something like: "You did not order in our store yet" (yes, it was an awkward phrase like that). Upset, I called their customer service line, where the polite but unconcerned rep told me that it always says that! She also told me that all the shipping was delayed because of the snowstorms they were having back East. Fair enough, but it would have been easy for the company to send out an email letting purchasers know about the delay and they didn't bother.

On Feb 26 I got an email saying my package had shipped. It included a tracking number and the statement "Check your order status anytime by logging into My Account" (with a link). So I clicked on the link, logged into the site, and entered the order number they had just sent me. Guess what? I got the same "You did not order in our store yet" message. I called customer service again and got another polite but unconcerned rep telling me that the online tracking system doesn't work (so why do they continue to send you shipping notices that tell you it does?)

So I rate the phone service "bad," not because the people were rude or anything, but because their responses told me that there is a laxity in the system that no one is bothered by. In a company with good customer service, I would expect that the phone people would be the first line of defense, finding out about problems and reporting them to someone who would get them fixed. That clearly wasn't happening at wbshop.

Anyway, the package did arrive in good order but based on this experience I would only buy something else from them if (1) wbshop was the only place to buy the thing, or (2) it was by far the cheapest place the buy, making it worth the hassle and confusion.

5 Stars WB Shop: great for memorabilia

I've only purchased from WBshop.com once. It was a good experience.
