I did a custom bound print job on-line. I uploaded and combined 6 different files. I was able to insert tabs, pick my binding and choose paper and colors. It was all very intuitive and easy. The ability to preview the finished product was excellent! After submitting, the store called me with a question, which I really appreciated. My only problem was picking up the job. It was done and paid for by credit card, but mid-morning Saturday there only appeared to be one person in the shop, so I had to wait through 5 people in line for over 10 minutes to pick it up. I would recommend saving your job often as I got kicked off the website several times, but I don't know if that was the site or my server. All-in-all, a good experience.

Because of FedEx I do all of my online printing from the site. Very easy to do and they give the option to deliver or pick up. Its very personal to because if there is any kind of question they email me directly. Very good service from any of the locations.
