Poor Service
I ordered a size 2x nightgown for my Auntie for Christmas. They sent size medium. (they were out of 2x) Had I known this I would have bought her another gift. I sent the medium back on the 28th of Dec. Not hearing from them I called on Jan.14th.The rep. said that it had been received and the right size would ship out soon.I called back on Jan.21st because I hadn't heard from them and was told it was on back order until March 5th!!! (a Christmas present??) I told them to refund my money as I would reorder if I couldn't find another present for her. I looked up my charge card and found that they had just refunded the cost of the gown. I was told the shipping was not refundable. I agree that it wouldn't be refundable had I got what I ordered and returned it, but they didn't even send the right item. I will dispute this with American Express. I am now rethinking ordering the nightgown because of the way this transaction has been handled.
