I purchased the Sony DSC-TX1 for my daughter and she loves it. It has a very fast shutter speed which is what she was looking for since her old camera was so slow she missed many good shots. This camera is fast, sleek,reliable, and produces great photos. The customer service at B&H photo was tremendous! I recommend the camera and B&H!

I am ordering speakers for dj service. The customer service on the phone has been great. It is always nice when asking questions not to be made fun of because of my questions. They lead me thru many models and explained them to me.

I bought a camera from B&H a while ago and decided to go with another model after some online research. I called B&H up and asked how to go about returning it. The man on the phone was quick and asked if it was open. I said no and he replied, saying the email with the return code and label was on it's way. Simple as that. Could not be happier with the results. Not always the cheapest, but #1 in customer service.

I like it that B&H takes there services and exceptional deal past their expertise in the photo market.

Though I have only made three purchases with this company as most of the things I am interested on from their website are way out of my price range because they are professional. I did not appreciate them sending me their catalog without me asking for it as it is a waste of their resources, but only a minor inconvenience. I was a little disappointed when an item I wanted was out of stock and I did not receive it before my trip, but their website told me that it was a risky gamble before I ordered. My most recent purchase had insane savings as compared to buying the OEM part from the manufacturer and I bought a camera battery for $5 to replace a battery for $30 and so far it seems to work.

i've only used it once, and it was to get supplies for my school photo class. the service was great, everything was easy to find and everything was shipped within like a week

I ordered a aod-250 acer aspire one netbok and a canon digital camera at B&H photo about 3 months ago. The shipping was very fast, and it arrived safely. The products were just as described on the website. I was very satisfied with B&H Photo.

Last year, for the first time I used B&H Photo to purchase my 46 inch Samsung tv. Their service was excellent, so I am returning to purchase a 26" LED Samsung tv and an audio stand. I chose B&H over Amazon even though Amazon also has the same product at the same price and good service also.

I was very happy with my online camera purchase at B&H Photo. It was the best price with coupon and came quickly. They have a good variety of items they sell with a coupon, especially if you check regularly to see their deals.

I have purchased panasonic FZ35 from B & H... actually I was not aware of this store first , but one of my friend has suggested me for this merchant. I have searched for panasonic FZ35 almost everywhere online... but finally I have found B &H where this camera was at the lowest price. So I have ordered at the same moment. Moreover their shipping and returns policy is also verygood and customer service is also excellent.

There are a lot of disreputable online camera stores but B&H is one I trust. (Adorama, also) Prices, shipping, customer service, range of equipment available, reviews.... all superior.

Because everything costs less and i will be buying a MacBook from that site in a few months. I was gettin a mac book for 959 instead of 1,200. Seriously even better than ebay.

So we are able walk into store and ask questions face-to-face.

B&H sales people are VERY knowledgeable. In another big NYC store near City Hall, we have seen sales people make up incorrect answers to product questions.

Some of the B&H photo sales people must be pro or semi-pro photographers, that is how knowledgeable they are.

In the sound department, you can try out a microphone in a closed sound area before buying if you wish

One time an item was not satisfying my needs, I got a no hassle full refund.

We have made multiple purchases from B&H Photo and have ALWAYS been happy with the end result and the prices.
