Babies R Us has a great selection of items for a baby registry. The location of items are detailed clearly when you go into the store and look for the item of your choice.

I went to a babies r us to create a registry for myself. The associate that assisted me gave me a speedy version of the registry process and sent me on my way. She didn't even try to make it a warm and fuzzy feeling for an expectant parent. She didn't explain the registry packet or benefits of creating a registry at the store. She only showed me how to use the scan gun and sent me on my way. On other occasions when I've shopped it a mixed bag. You don't know what you're going to get. TE customer service associate wasn't the friendliest when I had to return an item.

But there was one associate that did help me when I had questions about a product. Even though it took almost ten minutes to get a hold of an associate for assistance. Pretty store. Neat and product available but the people could use some friendliness and enthusiasm when dealing with customers All I can say is my experience at Babies R Us is like how Tom Hanks put it in the movie Forrest Gump. Just like a box of chocolates, you don't know what your gonna get.

I enjoy shopping at the Glen Burnie store in Glen Burnie MD the staff is great and I love there baby section....I shop there all the time...

like the disney baby nursery stuff, a little pricey though

I think that babies r us carseats are wonderful my son is 7 months old and i love the carseats i have gotten for him from here!!!

Babies R Us is a great place to find gifts. Website is easy to navigate. The one time I've been in to purchase a gift, the sale price was not reflected at the register.

One thing I think Babies R Us should do is know a little bit more about the products before they sell

them in their store so they can always back up their

produts and are happy with what they sell.

Its very nice place to go shopping for your babies and most everything that you want is there but im having hard time to find a sales person to help me about questions about strollers. (i think their busy) but over all i like the store its very addicting to go shopping for babies.

She provides excelent servise. She is knolegeble and patient.

I like the Babies R Us website the best for the feature that remembers what items you recently viewed. Those recently viewed items are shown, complete with pictures, at the bottom of the website every time you access it, even if you've closed out of the website and returned to it later. That way you don't ever have to re-start your searches. I also like the registry list and wish list features. Sometimes prices can be high, but just be on the look-out for sales.

I was unable to attend a baby shower so I went online to Babie R Us where she registered and had the items shipped to her house. She was able to get what she wanted and it was easy for me to do.

I do not have to go any where else to find what i want and need. Happy Happy to see this store come to Murfreesboro TN. I have no negetive when it comes to this store buy a lot in this store for a lot less money. Coupon discounts great. Keep up the good work. Very satisfied granny

Whether you are expecting or shopping for someone else, Babies R Us has a great selection for all of babies needs. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is very inviting, and set up with displays of cribs, and baby furniture. They have so many cute baby clothes! They have a very convenient gift registry, so you can see which items a Mom has and needs online or in the store. This is my favorite baby store!

Babies R Us gets an OK in my book, but that's as high as I go for this store. The prices are high, and their selection is just so so. I did buy a crib bedding set there, but that's been my only purchase.

I like the selection of clothing, but feel that the cost is rediculous! Can get much better deals with similar quality at many other places

Just being a new mother is an exciting thing! Shopping in Babies R Us is even more exciting. What a load of great products, and the staff are very firendly as well. I love Babies R Us.

I have a baby registry at babies r us but am not satisfied with the experience I've had with this company. The staff seemed to lack the knowledge about different kinds of baby products such as breastfeeding pumps, nursing pillows and even car seats. It takes a lot of personal effort to go over reviews and ask for different feedback from other pregnant women or mothers before I could actually decide on which product to register for. I think the staff tried their best to be as professional as possible, but the truth is, they are not well informed. I also found that their prices are DEFINITELY not the lowest in town, at least in NYC where I can surely get better deals online. I ended up setting up another registry on amazon.com which offers many more options, reviews and MUCH lower prices with shipping included. The only positive thing about babies r us (sorry if I am offending anyone) is that they do have a wide selection of products and there stores are conveniently located in different areas of the town. Their rewards membership is worth signing up for, as they do offer one-time use 20% coupons for members on an occasional basis.
