Comcast is a terrific, reliable and customer friendly service and company.
I am completely satisfied with comcast but had to terminate all services as i find it to be too expensive. The internet is necessary and would consider getting this service back if it would be more affordable. There is no other provider that i would rather be and will stay without intenet and use the library as needed. You guys are the best. thanks for all.
Their service isn't all that great. They re nothing like they're commercials try to make them out to be. Just go with any cable company in your area and bribe the cable guy to hook you up, it's the same everywhere
do not even need to wait
I don't get DSL in my area, so Comcast is the only high speed choice available. It took a lot of work to get them to service my house, but they finally did. What I do not like is their persistent advertising on any webpage they control or their automatic redirection away from sites that I typed correctly but they don't think exists. Normal download rates are not that good, but torrent rates can reach 800k downloads.

The overall install was fast the installer was great.
Just got my doc 3 modem wow these things are 100 percent better than the old doc 2 modems.
For steaming music videos movies wow great.
But the only thing my wife was very upset,
Comcast had that promotion going on for a free ipod.
3 month went by we called they said,
The promotion is over sorry about that.
And still no ipod.

I went with comcast because after looking at the satelite options available, comcast was the same price for the features I wanted, and it is a hard line. I can also get internet acess through comcast and the bundle saves me money.
We have used Comcast high speed internet for the past several years, and service is generally very reliable and pretty fast. I've heard complaints about some of the local phone company alternatives, and so we resisted the temptation to change when the uber cheap promotions were rolled out by some competitors in the area. Pricing is ok if you have a bundle of services, but since we have a separate VoIP phone service, the internet can get pretty spendy once your intro specials expire. I've had to call in and talk to Comcast whenever a promo expires and hope they have something else we can do to save money. Sometimes they do, and sometimes not. But overall, the service is good enough that I don't really want to risk switching to something less dependable.
Great Service, 100% uptime
I have been using Comcast High Speed Internet for years, and it has not failed me yet. I always receive the speed that I pay for. Their customer service is also excellent.
I would recommend Compast High Speed Internet for anybody who is looking for a super fast internet.
The service seems good. Our internet service rarely goes down and the speed is acceptable. Phone calls to support drag you through a long phone menu tree, but they are prompt to send a tech to help with issues.
Seems to be getting better
I've had Comcast for many years, going back to at least the late 90's. Lately they seem to be putting more of an emphasis on their customer service with more weekend appointments available. The lack of available appointments was always a problem for me, sometimes I would have to wait two weekends for someone to come to my home, and once it turned out that they didn't need to come inside or talk with me at all.
Things do seem to be getting better though, and recently I called for service on a Friday and someone came the next day. My cable box had stopped working.
As far as internet connectivity goes, I would say it's good but it seems that whenever we have a large storm it takes about two weeks for my internet to get back up to speed. We haven't had one in a while so I don't know if that would happen now.
Great customer service
My parents live in a small town and don't have much training on a computer. They have on and off problems with their service, but I have to say that the people they send out to fix everything do just that - fix everything
A Loyal Customer
What I like about COMCAST are the great people they have working at the service centers. If you are a current and long time customer with COMCAST, they go out of their way to get you equipment, set-up appointments to your convenient, promo’s and support. The phone support has tech's that are not knowledge in promos, support problems with intranet and overall services. I do enjoy COMCAST Intranet; speed, MacAfee, and very user friendly. But if they had a set-up with service centers located for support counters, or service within 24hrs, you would be #1 (CISCO Systems Customer Support is key in this practice). Please treat loyal customers with extended promo's or rewards; the long you with us the better we will make it for you, not just for “New Customers”. The objective for product success is Customers are Number 1, and “Customer Feed Back”.
