Best for pre ordering releases
I recently pre ordered a PSP limited edition pack. The pack was a great value and EB shipped it to me overnight on the release date for free.

Great For Preorders
EB Games is, in my opinion, the best way to preorder games. They allow in store pickup on the day the game is released and also sometimes give you store credit if you preorder from them. It feels good knowing that the day the game comes out, you can already have it secured for you and not have to rush and try to get there first. Some of the game prices are a little high, but not any higher than the competitors.

EBGames is unwelcoming
The EBGames store around my house is operated by unwelcoming teens who seem easily frustrated and are capable of little patience.
Be wary, though I doubt that this is the case for all EBGames, people of these nature may seek employment and generally make game stores seem unwelcoming. (Unless you know what you want, which I rarely do)
