I have had my Oreckfor 10 years. My mom bought it for me as a gift for my birthday. I kind of thought that was a lame presents… But it has been the best gift ever! I love my Oreck it's Thurrell it deep cleans I've never had any problem with that in 10 years

I purchase my Oreck several years ago at Grossmont Center in La Mesa, I use to take it regularly for cleaning because of the guarantee, but the last time the dealer was out of business and was unable to have the service even I still have guarantee, I try to go to another dealer but they will charge me $29.00 even the Oreck is working ok, I am very desapointed because they told me I need to have the record of the service and I do not have it because the dealer of la mesa keep it and never give that to me, I still use my Oreck and I am happy with the performance, but what happen with the service?, maybe other persons have the same problem if they were going to the same location?, is Oreck company can do something about this?

I clean houses and have a customer that owns a oreck. They told me that they purchased it because they had read reviews that it was one of the best. I have enjoyed using this machine and feel that they were correct in their purchase. They have a small indoor dog and this cleans carpets well leaving them fresh and clean. Would recommend.

I received the oreck heritage as a gift, and it's the best gift ever. it really cleans and it's very light. I can take it up and down the stair with no effort at all. It's amazing all the dirt it picked up righ after I vacuumed with my old machine.

I love my oreck vacumn how ever Ido not like my my carpet shampooer it's clumsy it shorts out a lot because of it's designand it's water resiquour is very hard to handle. However I love my oreck vacumn and would recommend it to everyone it' so light and easy to use has great suction, love it cleans so well. My sister recently purcahsed a vacumnand just loves it.It came with a iron, she says it's the best iron ever. Oh yes my vacumn has a 21 year warranty which includes 21 checkups, what service!
