I am 0receiving quality parts, i.e., the same ones i would buy at auto zone, for nearly half the price. I recommend parts geek to every mechanic and do it yourselfer, it is well worth it.

they need some kind of cross matching of part numbers so the customer feels more confident he is buying the correct part.

I ordered a VW neutral safety switch, they sent a lock cylinder in an opened box. I contacted them for a RMA return number and sent the lock cylinder back at my expense. Almost a month later they haven't issued a refund or sent the correct part, after trying to contact them I received an email asking what the part number for the lock cylinder was. I made no note of the incorrect part number and made this clear in an email to them. This is no way to do business, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Meanwhile I have had to order the correct part from another company to get the vehicle on the road. I have never done business with a company that refuses to take Responsibility for their own foul up. I suggest steering clear of "PartsGeek"- THE WORST!

these guys are the lowest prices online. I have shoped around and these guys have everything. I have placed several orders with them. Their customer service is awesome too. Real USA based call center is a big plus!

They sent me a different part than I ordered. I was able return it, however I had to pay for shipping to return it and would have had to pay for shipping on the correct part as well. They did not respond to any follow up emails and their phone service puts you on hold for a while then goes to an answering machine. They never did call back and numerous follow up calls had the same result. I strongly recommend you find a different company. Their customer service does not even exist.
