Never received rebate on promotion
purchased AT&T phone on a promotion of get $10 back for every $50 spent. After repeated calls to customer service and trying to use the unfriendly web site could not get an answer or any satisfaction on request. Spent $118.68 with the belief that I would receive a $20 rebate. Never happened! The ticket number was 029076 purchase made 11/16/12 at store 014136. Will not trust any promotions that they make in the future.
I went to the store looking for replacement cordless phone batteries. The staff was quite helpful and attentive.
The shack has everything you'll ever need for cell phones to gps systems.the prices are always low and the staff are always there to help you choose whats the best for you.

I have always got the best customer service from the Radio Shack off Silverside Rd in Wilm DE.. Always willing to help, very knowledgable, friendly, and just a really nice place to do business. Prices always good. Highly reccommend shopping there. Barbara
I recently purchased my EVO 4G for Radio shack and the whole experience was very easy. I did have to sign up on a waiting list but within a week I recieved my new handset. The additional coupons and perks they offered to anyone purchasing an EVO 4G made the whole experience that much sweeter.
Radio Shack always seems to have things that no one else has in stock. When something is back ordered at my usuals, I check out Radio Shack. They don't seem as organized and modernized as some of the other companies out there, but they get you your stuff.
There like an old friend. there always there even if you don't visit often. I was looking for an adapter recently and wasn't able to find it at RS...of course I was disappointed. I will shop there in the future because they are close by and evenly priced.
Back in time
I've shopped Radio Shack for 30 years. Love the place. Very few changes made to the store over the years. A nice familiar feel to it. I can still get almost anything I need there. Which is comforting. The staff is usually quite attentive and informed.
I went to Radio Shack to pick up some resistors because I was building a home-made auxiliary cable for my friends car stereo. As soon as I came in the door, I was greeted with a friendly associate. She then asked me what I was looking for and I told her that I needed some resistors. She asked me another question, what is it for? I told her that I was making a aux cable for a friend's radio. She then pointed me to the resistors and also offered me the flux if I am going to solder and some heat-shrink tubes in case I want it to look neat. I was amazed of how knowledgeable she was in offering me related merchandise which I could have forgotten if she didn't asked.
I had a very pleasant experience at radio shack yesterday and I didn't forget anything I need to buy for my project.
Wow - excellent service
We went to the Radio Shack in the Mall and Vince went above and beyond to help us. He was not a pushy salesperson but he was there to assist. He checked stock without fuss and offered to call other stores to locate what we needed. I would shop that store again anytime I needed something Radio Shack carried. Vince made us feel as if we were important and he wanted to help us anyway possible. I believed he truly cared. Excellent!!
Need More Radio Shack
In general Radio Shack needs more choices on everything,at one time that was the Place to go for what you needed.What happened ? Other than that a good store for basic needs and some deals. Step it up Radio Shack.
initial contact w/ sales person went well and i email an excellant review , but when I returned the product two days later w/ the intention of using the 10$ cupoun towards another item he was talking on the cell for over 20 min, then attempted to deal w/ me while on cell. he gave e wrong price info and finally I became so frustrated w/ his unprofessional behavior I cx the purchase. In addition, his colleague made an inapproprate comment "I suppose we are expected to be perfect" Well in todays market Iwould respond yes if you want consummers to buy from your store. your store was just ok and again your salespersons valadated my opinion
Best Staff I've ever encountered
When I went to radio shack, the staff was amazingly helpful. Unfortunately the items were overpriced. Even with the expensiveness of the store I wouldn't mind going back there do to the friendliness of the staff.
I've shopped at Radio Shack on several occasions, and while the staff was very helpful, finding the "harder to find" items is a plus, I find the pricing a little high for my pocketbook,
